Service was very good. Bathroom walls were cracked but bathroom was clean.

Beds were comfortable. Vending only in the lobby. The price was horrible. I will probably never choose this hotel again.

NO airport shuttle is offered by property resulting in over $40 in cab fare. The room was clean, but there was no hot water in the mornings (well known by hotel staff), the water in the shower would not turn off so maintennence has to saw a hole in th room wall to fix it (no offer of a new room by management), the message light kept blinking on the phone continuously even while we are trying to sleep. Front desk staff not knowledgable about the area and area services/attractions. I could keep going but won't. Definitely will not be staying here again!

Rooms were freshly painted, but the place is still in dire need of renovation. Beds provide no support and pillows are a joke--bring your own! Housekeeping needs a lot of help--bathrooms were filthy and furniture was stained. Front office looked like a storage room. It's Not the Kiva we all used to enjoy.

Close proximity to the college we were visiting. Bathroom cleanliness and lack of hot water. I give this hotel a 2 star. You can tell some work had been done in the past couple of years to spruce it up, but the leaky roof in the lobby/dining area, flaky/peeling paint in the rooms and lack of hot water in the mornings reflected a tired hotel that is in need of a much higher level of refurbishment. Price was way too high for the quality of the accommodation. Vending machines were inoperable on all floors so had to visit the lobby to get a drink from the only working on-site unit.

The hotel looked clean (although a bit shabby) and the staff was friendly. The king bed was hard as a rock and it took awhile to get used to the smell of the room. The tub had rust stains and the light fixure above the sink was cracked. We paid too much for the quality of the hotel.

While everything was clean, there were stains on both the sheets/pillowcases and towels. In desparate need of updating and renovating. But was very close to college and I had no problems with noise.

The desk workers tried their best to be professional. Found used band aides on the floor, hole in a foot stool, hear people in next room. I stayed at the hotel while I was managing a Dive Meet at Texas A&M. For this trip I was on a budget. All I required was a room to sleep in and a place to take a shower. For my purpose the room was okay. It would absolutely not be a place to stay if you have kids or even for a couple looking for a pleasant place to stay. The walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation in the next rooms. The room it self was clean on the surface but when I bent down to pick up something I dropped I found used band aides under the side of the bed. There was a 2 or 3 inch hole burned through the top of the only foot stool in the room, there was not a clock, the plastic drinking cups were not replaced each day. The refrigerator was off when I checked in and it emitted a terrible smell when I first opened the door. The parking lot filled up every night with construction workers pick up trucks (for them this was a very suitable hotel and I do not mean that in a insulting way. It is a good hotel for construction workers). If you just need a place to get off the road for a night and you do not have your family with you this is okay. If you are a single man on business and you just need a room to sleep in and get cleaned up, it is okay. I would not think it would be a place many business women who be comfortable in.

We stayed there for my daughter's wedding. We reserved about 25 rooms. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Arranged for welcome reception for us also. Rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed staying there and would centainly go back for any visit to College Station in future.

Close to college campus. Let's just say they need better pest control & management. Lobby was nice, breakfast room is very small. Rooms were okay at best. Refigerators are old, no alarm clock in our room, and my wife found a roach. Desk manager was as accommodating as possible, but could have done better.

Reserved via phone with credit card. Indicated late arrival. Gave my room to some else and put me and my family in a room with known malfunctioning A/C. Smelled like cat urine. Limited services. Will not stay again.

This hotel would have been a good hotel for about 60 to 70 a night. However, at 140.00 a night, i expect it to be alot cleaner, nicer towels and blankets etc. We were given two cheap towels each day that were so rough they hurt to use them. The blankets were either extremely old (like decades) or extremely dirty. We opted not to use them. The free breakfast was ok, however there was an employee that stared at you the entire time you were getting food or drinks. This made me a bit uncomfortable like if I grabbed one too many sugars he would slap my hand or something. He did not speak, just stared and this happened both days we were there. they did not have anything but bananas for fruit. they did have pastrys and toaster waffles. Coffee was great. Overall, I severaly overpaid for this hotel and would probably not stay here again for the money. (note: we were there on a weekend that all hotels were booked which is why the rates were so high, but I checked around and other hotels did not jack up thier rates for this weekend.

It had all of the amenities we needed: hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, coffee pot, etc. As I returned the keys, I stumbled on a little rise at the front door, falling headlong into the glass and marking my face up considerably.

I checked in to this hotel for a training at Texas A&M. It is Located within a block from the campus. Didn't have to drive around town to get a good deal. Staff was very friendly and helped me with directions. I really liked it when they did a courtesy call to see if I was comfortable and needed anything else.

The room was nice and comfy and the amenities were of great variety! The staff was rude and incompetent. Forget asking for anything including the free continental breakfast that they offer. They put out stale donuts and the juice machine is already out of juice by 7 in the morning (and they refuse to refill!) The free wireless internet connection does not work! I called down there 3 times and they said they were working on it. This is a big reason why we chose this hotel and through the 5 days we were there there was absolutely zero internet! They were still working on it! The pool was dirty after the first day and the management said they would not clean it until the following week! Overall, this is not a good place to stay. Management makes it awful! I asked for the regional manager phone number and they said he would call me. He never did! I've called twice since and still no response!

Newly remodeled my foot!Filthy, dirty & disgusting. Sleep in your car if this is the only room you can find.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but at least the vanity area outside of the bathroom was spacious. The hotel was located within a few miles of several restaurants and the Texas A&M campus. The continental breakfast is simple, but adequate. The Knights Inn is a better value than several other comparable hotels in the Bryan/College Station area.

Location. Old, outdated, dirty.
