The Kirketon Brasserie and Sydney Wine Room located on the ground floor of the hotel opened in March 2008 and offers guests and locals alike a truly authentic Darlinghurst culinary and nightlife experience. Nearby Victoria Street and our section of Darlinghurst Road features a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and coffee shops. The famous Tropicana Cafe is one of the closest and best of these cafes.
