Entering into the Kingsburgh House's drive, you will be pleased to find that the property is sheltered from the road by a hedge and tall trees, blocking out any eventual road noise. This luxury residence is housed in a refined Victorian house with a garden area at the back of the property that can be hired for weddings and small outdoor receptions. This quiet and tranquil setting is therefore the ideal place for business people, visitors to Edinburgh and Ruby fans to relax and unwind. There is also free wireless Internet access throughout the building. A fax service will also come in handy for business guests, which is available at the front desk. What transport is available to get around?: Kingsburgh House is located 1.2 miles from the centre of Edinburgh and 5 miles from Edinburgh Airport. We are on the main bus route to and from the city. The 100 (Airlink) bus departs from Edinburgh Airport every 10 minutes and stops outside the guest house at the Murrayfield Stop, the cost is £3.50 for a single ticket or £6.00 open return. To get a bus to the city from Kingsburgh, it costs £1.20 (single) or £3.00 (day ticket) and there are buses every 10 minutes.
What can I do nearby?: We do not have entertainment within the guest house but the city of Edinburgh is full of shows, comedy, cabaret and theatres.
