The Kings Inn Near the Falls is a charming inn which is centrally located in the heart of Niagara's tourist district. Guests can walk to the Falls, both casinos and most major attractions. We offer clean comfortable rooms at reasonable rates. Rooms are tastefully decoratd with queen and king sized beds. Jacuzzi, honeymoon and family suites are available. After a long day of enjoying Niagara's wonders, guests can cool off in our heated outdoor pool and relax on our large sundeck. For the kids and the young at heart we have an on-site games room complete with pin ball and video games and billiard table. Please contact hotel if you will be arriving after 9pm. Centrally located in the heart of Niagara's tourist district and within walking distance of the falls, casino, and many of Niagara's attractions.

The trip was spectacular.......the room was clean and comfortable bed and had a nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the staff our very friendly. Buy the attaction passes it is well worth it. Every one should visit the falls. An experience of a life time.

Service was very nice, they came out and greeted us when we pulled up, and walked us to the room to show us where it was. Location is good, close enough to walk to the Falls, but far enough that you get a better price. Took me and my husband 10 minutes to walk to the falls, pushing two strollers. Would be faster if we were alone. The outside of the motel looks a little rundown, but the rooms are updated and very clean. They have a refrigerator and a nice coffee machine. The beds weren't real comfortable, but not terrible either. The price was almost half of the rest of the places within walking distance to the falls. Right across the street from Al Mac's Buffet, which was great for breakfast (only $6.99 all you can eat). We would stay there again, but we are not picky either :)

Cold welcoming, service offered on the internet are diffrent from what you get when you are there. No internet, dirty pool, bad cofee, no shampoo or other things in the room, the firt impression in contact with staff is bad. You are watched from behind by the staff all the time, like you are a robber or thief. The price is too high for the poor service.
