first the room key did not work and we were given a different room. The second room had large roaches in hte bathroom and stained linens on the bed. The third room, in 3 hours, the air conditioning did not work. The bathroom light was burned out and the clerk had my husband come down and get another bulb and stand on a chair and replace the bulbs. then there was a short or something and the light would not turn off. also internet said they had airport shuttle but at check in were informed that no shuttle on Sundays. Continental breakfast was su0pposed to be from 6:00 am to 9:30 am and there was nothing there or ready at shortly after 6:00 and the lobby was still locked

Nothing. Although it was said that they had free shuttle service in their homepage description, they did not provide shuttle service. I had to pay $30 per one way from airport to the hotel. It cost too much. Much worse, hotel person's attitude was totally un honesty. It was the worst hotel.

It is cheap hotel. But something need to improve. No shuttle to airport in the weekend and the airconditioner in my room is not cool.

Absolutely nothing. You name it, it was horrid. The recommendation on the website made this out to be a lovely place to stay for people on a budget. It took us 3 tries to finally get the room we had booked. There are no restaurants nearby and I don't even want to mention the detention facility that is directly across from the hotel. I was afraid I would hear bullets in the night and was unsure if my car would still be there in the morning. The room and bathroom reeked of tobacco. I was very upset with the accomodations and quite nervous. I would have never stayed there but we did not have the money to throw away

I was on an layover flight in Atlanta and the motel advertised that they had pick up and delivery service from the airport and were only 5 miles away. Neither was true. It was at least a 15 minute freeway drive and they said they couldn't pick me up at the airport at 6 pm because the driver had left for the day, nor would they take me in the morning at 6:30 am. After arguing with them, they finally relented, but were so late taking me in the morning, I nearly missed my flight. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was nowhere nearby to eat, but you could have pizza delivered to your room.

Close to airport. Air freshener used in the room too much and cheap. Should supply more towels and other toiletries to use.

No hairdryer, phone did not work, only 1/2 of the lights work, staff unhelpful. I almost missed my plane because the wake up service did not work. Bed uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and made sure that our requests were handled in a timely fashion. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped when we first arrived. We contacted the front office and they did there job. Really close to Atlanta's top attractions and you could very easily get on and off the highway. The hotel was very close to restaurants and fast food venues.

Nothing. Awful. Don't go anywhere near this place if you value your life. There was trash everywhere and landscape had not been maintained for months. We didn't even want to get out of car. Awful.
