We chose the hotel for the pool as we have kids and the pool was out of service. The room was fine when we got there, clean and comfortable but the cleaning service left a lot to be desired. They made up one bed,but not the other, no clean towels, they just hung our dirty ones back up. There was one garbage can with a liner and after they "cleaned" our room, they didn't add another liner so we had to find our own. But the room is eco-friendly, which we appreciated. The view is great. One suggestion, have chairs outside the rooms so guests can sit out and enjoy the view and the weather.

Free breakfast. Male desk clerk was not working in a timely manner. It was clean and in a good location. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was a good location for visiting our friends in Flagstaff. Just about any hotel is going to have noise from the trains, so this one was no exception. Other hotel guests could have been more considerate during the night, but it was the 4th of July weekend which made for some enthusiatic revelers.

It had a bed and a bathroom. The train.

Convenient. The bathrooms had cracked and missing tile, rather run down. I would not recommend this hotel, the bathroom was in rather rough condition. The tile was cracked or in some cases missing.

The staff was efficient. 162 trains a day on tracks 50 yards away. The hotel was decent and the staff was friendly but the trains' horns blaring every 7 minutes kept me up all night. That made it a miserable stay.

Friendly staff. Lot of noise from the train that was constantly passing. Nice stay. Noisy with the train. The staff was extremely helpful in giving driving directions.

People at the front desk were kind and courtesy. The noise of the train every 30 mins. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Not suitable to be comfortable. It was dirty. Help was rude. Not up 2 standard as far as I was concerned. Checked out was within 10 min. Did not stay. Smelled. Black mold growing in window. Told front desk and she told me it was just cleaned day be fore. Not hospitable. Stayed somewhere else for the night.

Thick towels and comfortable bed. Door did not work properly andloud train noise. The hotel's proximity to the train tracks (with loud whistles blowing both day and night) practically kills any positive aspects of the experience. The appearance of the entire facility is pretty shabby - except that the door would not open easily.

The pool wasn't in working order. The hotel was right across from train tracks. The bathroom sink didn't drain. There was no parking the second night, the train was right across from the the street. Loud horn. The pool wasn't in working order. There was dead insect's in the room, along with spiders coming from the ceiling.

Convenient location. Easy access to major routes. Incessant train horns, every 15 minutes! This motel was easy to locate from the interstate as well as easy to get to/from other major highways in our 4 days there. It was close to historic downtown and route 66. And the hotel employees were very friendly and willing to help with questions or any other issues we may have had. the motel itself was fairly mediocre. we had several issues with our hotel keys not working and had to change rooms once. The plumbing was not correct. The faucet handles were reversed, hot for cold and cold for hot. but everything else in the room worked and we had not other problems. There was no breakfast avalible at7:00 am anymore. The room was very dusty on every surface. It was very noisy because of the railroad at 7:00 am breakfast was already gone.

The room's shower had been updated with new tile, tub and sink facilities. This motel was near the expressway, easy access, an older motel that had updated tub/shower and sink. Decorating was older to non-existent, but a larger room. The bed was comfortable and the room was smoke free. We slept well but wouldn't recommend this for a get-a-way. The location next to train crossing is a huge problem. The location next to train crossing is a huge problem. The trains will start blowing their whistles repeatedly and all through the night, it's impossible to sleep at this hotel.

Below 1 star. Send your worst enemy. The loud trains all night. This hotel was located right across from the train tracks. All night long trains go by, with each hitting their horn exactly 4 times. The door had to be slammed to lock. There was obviously no dress code for the staff.

The free Wi-Fi was nice and it was nice having until noon to check out. The breakfast wasn't so great. We stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon and it was the cheapest we could find in Flagstaff. Not far from Downtown where we had lunch and not far from places to get groceries and stuff we needed for camping.

Large king size bed and window for fresh air. Train runs by every 20 minutes and makes noise. Location is easy to get to but, the noise level of the hotel is not worth staying at.

Nice staff, free breakfast. Train! Blows whistle all night long! Nice staff, but customers should be warned about train noise. Very basic room with outdated bedding, saggy mattresses, busy road.

Nasty, Took long time to get room ready. Dirty. Please don't go here. It was horrible. It looked like someone has someone had just stepped out of the shower and had slept in the bed. The water was leaking and woke up to a lake in the bathroom. The manager took forever to get the room.
