The Kilmarnock House is located in Launceston's Launceston CBD, a short stroll to Newstead College.

Families can relax knowing there is enough space for them to spread out in the specially designed oversized family rooms. A private bathroom, a refrigerator and a TV can be found in each room of the bed and breakfast. The kitchenette includes a microwave.

Launceston Airport (LST) is a 30 minute drive from the bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast managers are accommodating. Quadrant Mall, Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and Albert Hall are less than a 20-minute walk from the bed and breakfast.
