Stayed two nights. Very centrally located. Room excellent,all the usual facilities, bathroom particularly good. Asked for a quiet room on booking and they gave us an excellent one on the fourth floor. Never heard a thing all night. The breakfast was really very good. The pool was quite crowded on Sat, but it was raining, so that was to be expected. Bar a bit dull and depressing, that would be my only complaint. Staff friendly and efficient.

fabulous hotel. very central to town. air conditioning in bedrooms very noisy and the walk through the hotel to go to the carpark is dreadful,its like being on a ship. otherwise a fab hotel. will stay there again.

Fantastic Hotel!Stayed her for a night before doing "The Ring of Kerry" - First plus Free Parking not something you get at most places. Nice pool/sauna facilities which were empty when we arrived mid-afternnon.Good position at top of main street which has countless restaurants to choose from.Receptionists were very helpful with advice and tips.Room was clean and well presented.

We didnt eat in the restaurant on this occasion, had breakfast in our room and it was nice. The hotel is in a great location , could not ask for anything more convenient. Our room was superb to put it mildly. We have stayed in a lot of 4* and 5* hotels throughout Ireland and we both agreed that this was one of the nicest ever. We'd like to bring our 2 children on our next visit to use the leisure facilities so we can't comment on how family friendly your hotel was on this occasion. Looking forward to our next trip to Killarney, we know where it is that we'll be staying!

This is a lovely hotel, well located in the town. The only down side was our room was on the side of a main road thus quite noisy if you wanted the window open. There was air con but this was a bit noisy as well.

We didn't eat at the hotel - only staying one night. Disappointed at early cut-off time for breakfast time on a Sunday - 10am so missed breakfast. So watch out for that! Otherwise perfectly pleasant stay. Said I wouldn't stay again only because I rarely stay in the same hotel twice. Like to try new ones!

3 in the 'family 'catergory would be, because their is no entertainment for kid's,creche,playroom etc compared to other hotels.but we knew that going down and that would be why we did'nt bring our children,but that's not to say we would'nt bring our kid's in the future.........enjoy'ed our stay over all and would be recomending the plaza to all....

The breakfast in the hotel was lovey there was a great choice but the evening meal and the restaurant were not 4 star quality. Other than that we had a great stay in the plaza and it was in an ideal location right in the centre of town.
