Hotel noisy many late night revellers making a lot of noise at 2.00am due to the pub. Lots of children pub attached to hotel not satisfactory, cavery was served in canteen style. Car park not adequate. Service in the restaurant poor attendants not properly trained and unable in some cases unable to understand english. Whilst eating dinner staff was fully occupied in laying out breakfast which included juices etc left out overnight which must break health and hygiene rules. Broadband offered but unable to connect. Reception not at all welcoming spoke as if reading from an auto cue!!

their standard room furniture is in need of renovation ..beds/bathroom ok . breakfast is very Irish, good selection of ( fat-rich unhealthy) warm food, no fruit/cold cuts . when we were there long lines for bf due to several bus groups having bf at the same time

Hotel was easy to find with lots of parking. About a ten minute walk into the town centre. Room was ok, it was very clean, but not soundproof, as you can hear people coming back to their rooms at night and hear noises from the rooms next to you. The pub downstairs was good, had a nice meal there.

Arrived late and had to find a member of staff in the bar to check us in. Room was a good size but not very clean. Fire alarm went off during our stay, staff told us not to bother evacuating as it was probably a false alarm (although they weren't sure at the time). Charged an extra £4.95 per person tray charge for room service. Nice enough hotel, but about a 15min walk to the town centre. £25 for a taxi from Kerry airport.

Although the food was excellent I thought that the breakfast was a bit expensive at 12.95 per person. I think I should have booked breakfast included and it would have been cheaper. I will remember to do this next time!

The superior room is basically a normal sized room with better furniture, I was a little disappointed but if you know in advance then don't set your standards too high.Restaurant was closed and a small area set aside in the bar, in which case - have a bar meal. Same location, same kitchen, same personnel.I would stop here again but I'd look for somewhere else first.

Customer service went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Free parking, easy to find, and very nice rooms. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, some noise from outside, free wifi service was a bonus, very comfy bed. Checkout at 10 is not ideal but we had no problem checking out a little later.

Bedroom : Room is very sub-standard, there website shows lovely rooms however the room you stay in is not the same, you have to pay more to have a lovely room as advertised on there website, be careful. Room was shabby looking, old furniture, headboard not very clean looking etc., so it was cheap but not cheerful, I only used it as a b&b & left it everyday as quick as I could. Rooms are cleaned everyday though, so fine with that. I spoke to the girl at reception and she said you can upgrade at a price not friendly to me either, I won't even pay extra to stay in a place like that. Only for I was going to a wedding the next day I would have moved location but it was too awkward. Food: Got evening food as too tired one evening to go out anywhere else, absolutely terrible, got warm garlic chicken salad, the chicken tasted like it was microwaved or reheated, it was so bad I kept a piece of it in case I would get food poison, the thing is the food is not cheap either. My husband had chips and fish and again chips greasy etc., It said on the manual in bedroom won food award for 2006, chef most have changed since. Oh yet might as well finish it well, in the manual for breakfast had traffic light colours in big circles and best times to go or come for breakfast, its the worst thing I have ever seen & will always stick in my mind. If anyone arrived in even at a minute after 10 won't let them come in for breakfast. I only met 1 girl the cleaner who was friendly, lovely blonde local girl. The staff & atmosphere in the hotel is terrible and I would say stay well away from it.

Very easy to find on way in to Killarney from Kerry Airport. Easy 10 minute stroll down in to town - loads of pubs and good food

Quite a walk from the town but didn't fancy eating in the bar which was a bit dingy. Located on the ground floor the noise from the banging door late into the night was disturbing. All the fire doors were left open all of the time. The staff were very miserable but breakfast wasn't too bad. Always felt as if you were in the way. Lots of coach parties. Very stylish reception area. Looks drab from outside and no veiws.

On arrival the reception area appeared ok. We were given the key to our room and things went downhill from here. Our room was small, dark, very cold, and noisy. You could hear the traffic outside clearly, and the small window was draughty. The furniture in our room was well worn and dreary. The bathroom, although clean needed attention. The marble vanity unit around the sink was cracked.Our 5 year old son even commented on how he didn't like the room.We asked for an alternative room, and a member of staff asked us to wait in our room . We waited 15 minutes and nobody came, so we went back to reception. A different member of staff was at the desk this time.She hadn't been informed of our problem by the other member of staff at all! She told us they had no other room available. We decided not to stay, and checked in to another hotel which was fantastic. We wouldn;t recommentd the Killarney Court to anybody, unless you are looking for a low cost budget hotel. I couldn't even rate it a 3 star.

A really nice, newly built hotel with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. A little further from the town centre than I'd hoped (about a 10-12 minute walk so not bad really!) but all-in-all a great deal!

I thought the way the breakfast area was laid out was not very efficient. It was in a corner and there was no flow which caused delays otherwise it is a lovely hotel.

Godd hotel but do not check in after 9 00pm as there is no food available in any form. We were directed by the receptionist to the Spar Shop next door where we purchased some delicious sandwiches.
