The hotel personnel was very helpful when the tv remote would not work. The manager came to our room and reset the settings for it to work.

Easily accessible Everything was fine, we just needed overnight lodging. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding. I had to call him a couple of times because I thought I was going to have to cancel my plans, but everything worked out.

Friendly staff & room very convient for Sr.'s The torn carpet at the front door of the room. The hotel was nice and clean also the quietness in the night was not a problem. If we come back we will be staying with you again. Thanks.

Had handicapped rooms available. Continental breakfast was lacking and no place to sit and eat. It met our needs and was pet-friendly. Conventiently located near resturants.

Very close to my meeting. My first impression was not very good due to the dirty carpet, and the room did not smell fresh. The sockets by the coffee pot were not working nor the on button on the coffee pot. Also, there was no iron and ironing board.
