I live in Memphis and have always drove back because of my two four legged kids. Not now, I now have a place to stay that is 2 miles from the Casino's. Nice clean rooms, nice large pet area and you can park right at your door. Well worth it. Most hotels have a pet policy (ex. Weight, number of dogs) not here my Boston and bulldog were happy as clams they got to go and the walls seemed thick as well. I was outside my room and I could hear a dog barking in the next room but not a peep inside. I will say that it says pets stay for free but it's a $10 charge per pet. If you like going to Tunica and don't want to board your dog or even if you don't have a pet I recomend this hotel. My first time ever reviewing a hotel I usually never bother.

Priced for budget minded travelers. Too far from restaurants. Great for budget minded travelers and within 2-5 miles of most local area casinos.

We checked in on October 5, first of all you have to pay for the room before you look at it! We paid for the room, recieved the room key, and then everything went wrong. The bathroom had rings around the tub, the shower wall was dirt along with the rim of the tub, and the floors. We called the front desk, they send the manager to check it out. He came with two towels and brush to clean the tub. He didn't have cleaner! There were spiders in the bed along with hair (also on towels). The power went out for about an hour (it wasnt their fault but they didn't try to reassure the customers). The air conditioner went out in the room, the next day and the manager said that he couldnt give a discount or anything. If we left the hotel, we would be forced to pay a cancelation fee and the price for the room. The rooms had odors, remotes didn't work, coffee markers were dirty, toliets had water stains. We ended up going to the store for cleaner. We cleaned the bathrooms and changed the sheets. When we checked out the manager rushed us off. The rooms are too expensive for this type of experience.

My fiance and I were going to Tunica for the night and we picked this hotel for the Petfriendly amenity they advertised. When I confirmed my reservation with them I let them know we were bringing our dog. Of course when we checked in they informed us they didn't have anymore petfriendly rooms. They did let us stay in another room for an aditional 10 dollars for the dog. This did not make me very pleased, having to pay extra for ammenities they advertise for free. I guess if they had a pool they would charge to swim in it? The ironing board was broken, making it very difficult to iron my fiance's shirt for our night out and when I called the front desk they acted like there was nothing they could do about it, and the room was not very clean. Every corner of the room was covered in crumbs and dust, like they just onced over it and didn't move anything to vacuum. Plus in the very early hours of the morning our smoke detector decided to go off for no apparent reason.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I thought the value was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I appreciated the free wireless internet. However, the connection was slow. I would not recommend it for business travelers.

Cost was reasonable and close to the casinos. Upstairs, no exercise room or whirlpool. Good location. Would stay again. Came late for breakfast and selection was not very good. Beds were great, room was quiet, and staff was friendly, especially betty, who checked us in.

The Key West Inn was a very pleasant stay. It was easy to find and the staff was very courteous. The beds were comfortable and it was only a short dinstant from all the casinos, shopping areas, and dining.

The location. The iron and iron board were not in the room and I was asked to return these items once I finished the next morning. Internet service did not work. It was convenient, but the amenities that it said were provided in the room were not there. The internet access was awful. I could connect but I never had enough signals to browse. Also the iron and ironing board were not in the room as the advertisement lead me to believe.

The Key West Inn was one of the nicest hotel we been in. The room was clean and very comfortable. We like the fact that we could connect to the inernet without a problem. The continental breakfast was a plus cause we didn't have to go out and find a place to eat breakfast. We didn't have to go a long way to qet it. The location was perfect, out in the country where there was no noise pollution. It was very close the casinos and not much traffic.

Very good service, clean rooms, better continental breakfast than others of same price range close to all casinos close to Memphis. Will stay there again when driving back to casinos and Memphis

We were very pleased, was a last minute decesion to go. We arrived late which was no problem. They had our previous history and provided us a down stairs room for us since my son was in a wheel chair on our previous visit, they went to the extra lenght to provide for us. They offered a lengthy cont breakfast, we were very pleased. They went the extra mile, will use them again.
