Stay away from this hotel! it's a 3 or 2 stars hotel but not a 5 star. the hotel is deceiving people as a 5 star hotel. the price of the night is 200 euro which is very expensive the receptionists in the front desk are very rude, arrogant and impolite. I've seen them fighting &yelling with other customers in front of us there was a rude duty manger with The hotel seems to be very old and decorated in ugly way. nobody is smiling in this so called hotel! from the moment we have steeped in the hotel, the bellboys were setting lazy while we were dragging 9 suitcases while they were only looking. Then we we were introduced to the hotel by some representative of tourism company who was rumpling about their trips for long time while introduced us to the hotel for less than half a minute. this was done purposefully. in other words it seems there was contract between them. the hotel is noisy and there's construction is undergoing There was an empty concierge desk with nobody to ask or to offer some help the rooms are outdated stinky and. bathroom is dirty room service takes ages to bring orders Hamam is not that hot and the service is bad. the turkish bath staff are not friendly and not good in doing massage. the pool is small compared to other turkish path
