The Kendall Hotel in Boston offers 73 guest rooms and 4 luxury one-bedroom suites decorated in a classic American decor with reproduction furniture and luxurious bedding and bath amenities. Our rooms are inviting, spacious and decorated to bring comfort to our guests. Each guest room is unique in design but all have a bathroom with separate shower and tub, individual climate control for heat and air conditioning and windows that open. The entire hotel is designated non-smoking. Included in all room rates are some of the most comfortable beds in Boston, and a lavish breakfast buffet, featuring homemade scones, muffins, bagels, homemade granola, yogurt, as well as hot breakfast items including scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon as well as items that change regularly. Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea, and Assorted Juices are also included. High speed Internet access included with all room rates and is available in all rooms and lobby. Free use of near-by health club.Join us from 530pm to 630pm in our Rooftop Retreat for a hosted wine tasting Monday through Thursday. 7 day cancellation June 3,4,5, 2009.

Very clean, friendly, updated and beautifully decorated. Room with queen bed was quite small. This hotel was quite the find! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, and the parking was free. I would definitely stay here again!

Neat boutique hotel. A converted fire station. Interesting decorations and decor. Breakfast buffet was included but a bit sparse. No fruit at all. Pleasant surprise. Very centrally in Cambridge. Fresh, clean, cool design and decorations. Nice quite rooms.

The bed was so comfortable, brand new HD TV and good complimentary breakfast. It was not near a very busy area, had to take the T to more lively areas. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was big and pretty; the bed was so comfortable, my husband and I wished we could stay longer. Very nice complimentary breakfast with eggs, bacon and pancakes. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again the next time we visit Boston.

Historic, beautiful, complimentary breakfast was great, close to subways. Elevator was slow. We came with our 2 children and were blown away with the accommodations. The room was exceptionally clean and quaintly decorated. The staff were friendly and worked to accommodate our every need. Great location, close to subway and historic area as well as dining. We loved it and would stay there in a heart beat if we are in Boston again.

You felt comfortable. Everything was very clean and neat. Enjoyed historical aspect of setting. Nothing. Okay, wished I got another piece of that wonderful chocolate and bottled water every day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Enough history to keep children interested. Staff was very friendly. Facilities very clean. Appreciated free internet. Very comfortable bed, surroundings. Easy access to Metro and sight-seeing trolley options. Very safe area. Excellent restaurant right on site and across the street, but shortage of other options for eating nearby.

Cleanness. Breakfast is slow. Upon check in, I was charged $15 for the extra breakfast, plus $20 for parking. The breakfast service does not match the $15 charge at all. Food was slow because the kitchen is small and can't handle the large number of customers. There is no sausage unlike other decent hotels. The drink, coffee are served by the waiters so there is line up for the drink (very rare in decent hotels).

The hotel was historical. Not much of a view, small windows in room. Nice ambiance for a historical hotel. Close to mass transportation into Boston. Pleasantly located near MIT. Overall, a very nice experience.

Cleanliness. Staff, rigidness. This was an awful experience! They asked us upon check-in for a corkscrew, then confiscated it from us, then used it at their restaurant. Were told to park in garage around the corner. There was parking under hotel, hated our experience!

The hotel has a great location.; The room was a little stuffy. Hotel in the heart of Kendal Square. The free parking and complimentary breakfast make this a great hotel for a weekend getaway.

Very clean, new, next to MIT, big bathroom, perfect! I liked it very much it was impressive. The place is a converted firehouse. very nice accommodation a couple miles down the road from Harvard Square and right next to MIT. The T stop is outside the door and 15 minutes from Logan.

Quaint; original; very friendly staff and convenient location. Nothing. Charming boutique hotel conveniently located in the hear of Cambridge, less than 1 block from the Kendall Square MBTA stop. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The staff was extremely helpful in planning our meals and entertainment, and even provided us with an umbrella to keep us dry during the constant downpour that occurred during our trip. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.
