Very very bad hotel as I met. Terrible service, very dirty and smelly room, seems no one clean it for a long time. Full of dirt on the bed and furniture. When I asked housekeeping to wash my quilt, they said it took one night to wash, I won't have quilt at that night. I don't think it is 3 star hotel.

i came for an convention the first concierge was a little rude but only had to deal with him once other than that it was fine the room as quite small but was never really in the room much anyway. probabyl would go else where though for the price

Clean, well appointed, friendly staff. I was pleased with the hotel. It was a good buy for the price and I was somewhat apprehensive, having never been there. Both my wife and I were very happy.

Reasonable value for money, but ANY hotel should have bedside reading lamps and coffee/tea making facilities. Also not informed of arrival of delayed baggage from airline when I had been assured I would be.

The hotel was Ok. Good location downtown L.A, not too far from subway/buses. Smells weird in the hotel, first room didn't have water, second room didn't have cold water. Ok if you just need it to sleep.

I liked the employees that worked there, they were nice. We did not have a remote, the alarm clock was ahead. Also it was a corner room which was noisy due to outside traffic. This hotel was great, this is our 2nd time staying here. I recommend however that your request an inside room, not one with a window. The outside traffic can be a problem after a long day.

Receptionists are very alet, competent & professional. Taxi nearby is an asset. the buffet in the restaurant is good for both vegetarian & non vegitarian. Gujarati restaurant listed on the hotel brochure is good. would visit again if some discount memberships are available.. Manoj []

bathrooms could be equipped with hairdryers. Very nice breakfast at a very friendly restaurant next door.

Basically the only thing that this hotel had going for it was the location. It's right in the heart of downtown L.A., which means there's a ton of stuff close to it.

The only complaint was that the bathroom sink faucets only trickled warm to hot water. We had to fill a cup of cold water from the shower to rinse after brushing our teeth.

Great service and help from the staff. Pleasant stay in average surrounds. Traffic noise is a problem though. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay whilst travelling

This hotel seemed very nice at first impression. However, when we got up to the room, there was barely enough room to get my carry-on in the door. The bottom of the bed and the dresser were almost smack up against the entrance to the room. You either get 1 double bed or 2 single beds. If you want 2 double beds, its extra. Parking is quite expensive for guests, something I've never encountered at a hotel before. The shower was barely big enough to stand in. The location wasn't bad. The coffee shop is only open on weekdays. I was there over a weekend, so I wasn't able to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The sushi restaurant attached to the hotel was out of business. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. I did not look forward to getting back to the room even though I was quite tired at the end of the day.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is small but clean. I stayed in a non-smoking room with a street view. The hallway smells from cigarettes. But once inside the room, you could not smell the cigars anymore.

The hotel has very good location. Just few minutes from hotel you can find Grand market with very good un unexpensive food (fruits and vegetables as well as take-away food). It is possible to connect the internet in the lobby of hotel but just first 10 min are for free and in our case computer was broken (was quite old) for few days. Nothing extra but good for few days.
