Nearby attractions include Fern Grotto Tour Boats 1 mile away, Opaekaa Falls 3 miles and Waimea Canyon 42 miles. Transportation by taxi is approximately 20. Hotel amenities include the casual dining restaurant, sundry shop, Hawaiian library, children's pool, children's activities, free parking, fitness facility, daily housekeeping, freshwater pool, hot tub, spa services, sundeck, and poolside bar overlooking the ocean. Guests can enjoy watersports, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, and traditional Hawaiian games at the hotel. Championship golf is a mile and a half away. Shops and restaurants are next door at the Coconut Marketplace. The beach is at your door step, shopping and good food next to the hotel at the Coconut Market. The local bus stops there also. Can't wait to go back So much to see and do ! ! !

Beautiful, peaceful , place with easy access to the ocean. Really close to all the noise and action of the city. We arrived very late at night for us but in the early am HST. We were lost, tired and could not find the resort. When we called the receptionist very friendly and ready to help us out. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. We were only there for one night as we were checking into a condo the next day. We will certainly consider staying longer next time!

I booked a 1 bedroom unit and was put in a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths and a laundry in the room.The room was excellent. The resturaunt that is part of the resort is also excellent. We like to swim in the ocean. While the ocean swimming is not excellent, (there is a lot of coral and the waves are strong) we enjoyed having the ocean mosly to ourselves. The resort is on the beach and each morning and evening, we walked along the ocean enjoying the view and its sound. This is a place for quiet relaxation. It is a great place to just enjoy the beach and ocean. I enjoyedstaying at the resort and recommend it for a real relaxing time.

We came to Kauai for a romantic anniversary getaway and found Kauai Beach resort just what we were looking for. The place is very well kept and quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful, beautifully decorated and always clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. For us, the location of this resort was perfect. We did alot of sight seeing and traveling to beaches around the island and Kauai Coast Resort was centrally located and made traveling the island very easy. I would definitely recommend.

There is not one bad thing to say about the Kauai Coast Resort. It was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our suite had a large kitchen and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The patio had a table and two chairs and was the perfect place to enjoy a meal or just relax. It is in a great area, the beach is in walking distance, the pool was nice and never overcrowded. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was the perfect way to spend our honeymoon!

This was our third time staying at this property - and every time it exceeds our expectations. The service level, bellman and front desk and housekeeping, was excellent. The rooms are large and upgraded recently and every amenity is provided. Great Value!

Grounds and rooms were lovely. Oceanviews from every room. Housekeeping very friendly. Cable is minimal. Pool was under maintenance on and off, Beach is not suitable for swimming.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and LOVED it. It's intimate and beautiful. We loved the waterfall pool and poolside bar. The hammocks on the beach were great. Our room was huge, georgous and very clean. The full kitchen saved us money and allowed us to relax more. The hotel restaurant was always reccommended when we asked locals for suggestions. Amazing appetizers and drinks during happy hour were our favorite. Lomi-lomi massages in the small spa were the best massages we've ever had. There's a great shopping center just across the parking lot. The concierge was always helpful.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it!! The pool was wonderful, the staff very helpful, and the grounds and our room were beautiful. We stayed in Maui for our second week, and were very disappointed by our room there after being so spoiled in Kauai. We look forward to our next stay at The Kauai Coast Resort.
