Food, drink and entertainment: The Kairaba has 4 restaurants and 5 bars serving a vast array of culinary delights from The Gambia and across the world. The restaurants offer a mix of air conditioned elegance, exotic dishes and live poolside cooking, using only the finest ingredients and prepared by some of the best chefs in The Gambia. Restaurants and bars include:

Shikra – is an a'la carte restaurant with a world fusion gourmet menu (19:00-midnight, Monday to Saturday).

Bodega Casa Fernando – offers a mix of world cuisine, with live entertainment every night (18:00-24:00 seven days a week).

Malimbe Restaurant – is located by the poolside and serves an a'la carte menu for lunch followed by a different themed buffet each evening (09:00-24:00 seven days a week).

Kingfisher Restaurant – serves an international buffet for breakfast and lunch, including a hot and cold selection (07:00-10:30, seven days a week).

Ice-cream Shop – offers an amazing selection of ice-creams, coffee's, cakes and sandwiches (08:00-22:00, seven days a week)

Bars include the Monsoon Bar, Havana Club, Bolong Bar and the Beach House.

During dinner nightly entertainment is presented in many of the restaurants and bars.
