K West Hammersmithno complaints. booked the K West based on locality. Price was reasonable at £130 per night. didn't eat in the hotel (english breakfast is £26!)room basic but sufficient & v clean.local area has a wealth of shops & restaurants & the underground is less than 5 mins walk

Great location, trendy & exactly how it is describedThis fitted our requirements exactly, location wise, room and price. We did not experience much customer service (only checking in and out; alongwith buying a couple of drinks at the bar) which was fine but no real engagement. The location is fab for Westfield and going out in Shepherd's Bush especially the SB Empire. The room was modern, well laid out, clean and had all the accessories (Spa, DVD, Bose, safe, ironing etc etc..) - shame we didn't get the use of them - nethertheless I would definitely go back and use the hotel again.

From the exterior the hotel looks very utilitarian but inside... stunning! The staff were pleasant, helpful and very efficient. We visit London on a regular basis and will definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer than the one night this time.

Not too badHotel was clean, modern, excellent location. My only issue was the room was really very small; however I did book the cheapest room available, so I guess you would expect something like that. But I couldn't have stayed there more than the four nights I did because the room was just too small to spend an extended period there! But happy overall.

At check in, service at front desk was slow even though it was not an obviously busy period. At check out, the service was much more efficient. The staff were very courteous and helpful at all times. The corridors are very, very long, and dark and they have a gloomy feel, quite off-putting. They seemed to go on forever. The room itself was on the 7th floor and was reached via a staircase from the 6th floor. I needed the help of a member of staff to find the room. In my opinion the room was not up to 4 star standard more like 3 star really. The deal I had (less than half price) was very good value but I would have been most unhappy to have paid the listed full price for the room I had.

Fantastic stayUsed K West for a base for a weekend in London wherte i pruposed toi my partner. The staff couldn't have been more intentive. The spa was really relaxing and the room perfect. I would strongly recomend a stay here.

The hotel gave us an upgrade to the k suite, one of the top rooms in the hotel, only down point of it was loud music from the bar area on Saturday nite.

Haven't stayed here for a few months and my arrival experience was a vast improvement. The opening of the Westfield shopping centre and the re-vamp of the transport facilities have transformed the whole area completely.K-west is still up to its excellent standard that makes it one of my favourite hotels - and very cool. Excellent new TV system, good food, great Mojitos - what more could you ask for?

We didn't eat at the hotel and I'd heard the bar was expensive so I didn't use that either.The room was great. The bathroom superb. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. I was completely happy with the experience.

Good Grief! .. This frequent traveller has Never come across such an Inefficiently Smug and Dumbly (and here I Mean Dumb!!) Insolent Staff as those which apparently provide the service at this supposedly 4star hotel. Food average. Room upmarketly OK. But the 'Visitor Delight' which is laughably promised by the room blurb is completely absent! All dealings with the front desk fraught with unneccesary delay and the inability to come close to treating us as welcome visitors, let alone deliver 'Delight' in any form! Sullen, slow and depressingly unable to communicate with any fluency in the mother-tongue of this Country the whole place needs a good fire lighting underneath it. Or a visit from a Business Team with a Bullet!
