I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Vienna for my stay and felt quite confident that this hotel would not disappoint. It was every bit as good as I had hoped - comfortable, stylish, friendly, efficient and well located in a quiet street close to the museum quarter. The bedroom was very nice and the elegant bathroom had a number of small touches that made a difference e.g. underfloor heating, stylish shelving. A well-stocked mini bar was appreciated! When I asked for an iron/ironing board to be sent up to my room one afternoon, it was there at the requested time. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had. This is a superior hotel that offers great value for money. Would totally recommend.

The hotel was tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but right around the corner from great museums, restuarants, shopping, and sites. There was easy access to all forms of transportation just a few steps away, but walking to alot of the sites was easy from the hotel too. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and delightful. The whole hotel was impeccably clean. The continental breakfast had the best variety of food I have ever eaten. The wait staff was very attentive, constantly filling your coffee cup or stocking the buffet, or serving you something made to order from the kitchen. The room was average in size, but accommodated 2 adults and a child nicely. It was a nice place to start and end our days, but we did not spend alot of time in the room during the day. The sauna was nice after alot of walking around town, very relaxing. We will go back to the K+K Maria Theresia when we visit Vienna again. I will look for this hotel in other cities we travel to as well.

We arrived at the hotel early and yet they were very happy to accomodate us -- our room was made available to us by 10:00! The room was modern and comfortalbe with a great mini bar/coffee service and flat screen TV. The hotel is ideally situated in the museum district just two short blocks to the U bahn and walking distance to dozens of sights. The hotel staff was very friendly and the internet room they had in the lobby made the need for your own laptop unnecessary. It was extremely quiet at night. The breakfast couldn't be beat and was included in the room price. Regardless of what time you arrived at breakfast, there was fresh food out and the wait staff as there to ensure you had everything you needed. We'd stay there again without question!

The Maria Theresia was very comfortable and well-located and we enjoyed our 3-night stay. The free internet area was very useful and the breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were efficient but did not however come over as very friendly.

I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is incredible, the place clean, and the location perfect for tourists. The desk people are a little reserved(!) and the exercise room a disappointment but still a good choice.
