Nice place to stayThis is a nice modern hotel in a good location, they did however tell me on arrival that check in is at 4pm not 2pm as stated here. Hotels that do check ins any later than 2pm when check out is 12pm really need to get their act together, a 4pm check in is way to late, most of the day is wasted when you want to be checked in, then out and about enjoying your destination.

Stay was enjoyable but felt that we had stepped into a retirement village so would not go back to Cala Millor. Entertainment was a real laugh and the service was attentive especially the Maitre d in the dining room.

JURYS INN in Liverpool is in a fantastic location, only thing that let it down for us was the request of £100 bond per room ... we had 6 rooms booked so £600 was requested in total on our arrival as a bond. Whilst we totally understand the need for such a bond when you have stag and hen partys attending each weekend .... it would of been better to tell customers that on booking not on arrival !

Neglected in favour of bus party!!Being a regular traveller staying in hotels 2-3 nights per week I was very disappointed when coming down for dinner I was told by the waitress that I couldn't be taken for dinner as they were too busy concentrating on two bus tours who were just being seated. Whilst I appreciate Bus tours are a needy source of additional income, to neglect your core businessmen in favour of them is both disappointing and unacceptable. I was forced to dine elswhere from the hotel and will not be rushing back to a Jury's Inn again!

Nice central hotel Modern and central right on the albert dock within seconds of restaurants, bars and shopping, but a quiet hotel. Room was quite compact with 4 of us in it but adequate and a good price.

Good value for moneyWe were very happy with out whole experience. We booked a double room with a sofa bed, which was adequate for the two of us (as i love spacious rooms). The view of the docks were lovely. I would say that if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are best to ask for the 6th floor as the 4th floor apparently is more for loud groups. The rooms were clean, although there is no iron in the room, the reception were happy to provide one, when requested. The location is literally 2 mins walk from town. Would def stay here again!

Perfect location for Echo arenaWe booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at the Liverpool Echo Arena, it is in a perfect location as it was less than a minutes walk away. Car park next door which is £7.50 for 24 hours not a bad price I thought.Hotel usual quality for a Jury Inn no complaints at all.

Great location, great roomWe stayed at the Jury's Inn in Liverpool for just one night to go to a concert at the Echo Arena. The hotel couldn't have been any nearer, in fact our room looked out over the Arena and the River Mersey. It's also within easy walking distance of Albert Dock (just a couple of mins) & into the city centre (about 20 mins) As well as the great location our room was really clean & spacious.

Friendly, convenient and innexpensiveWe had not been to Liverpool or stayed at a Jury Inn before but both experiencs were delightful. The friendliess of the staff and all we met was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and even with the hotel filled to capacity we were still made to feel welcome. The Echo Arena where we enjoyed a concert was a stones throw away literally, as were all the attractions and shops etc. Would most certainly go back to both Liverpool and a Jurys Inn again.

Great Hotel, Fantastic LocationThe booking site said it was near the echo Arena, they didn't mention it was so near, which was brilliant as we were attending a concert there. Lots to do and see within a very short walking distance of the hotel, shopping, museums, the beautifully developed Albert Docks- could not have asked for better!!

Great for Echo ArenaPositives: Close to Echo Arena, Clean hotel, Friendly staffNegative: Noisy Hotel, think that may be the occupants, paper thin walls, a restaurant that cannot cope with anymore than 10 people, Pricey drinks but always are in Jurys Inn.

I would recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to stay there again myself. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself to be comfortable and well maintained. It's location is perfect for events at the Echo Arena and it's a short walk into Liverpool City centre.

Jury's Inn LiverpoolHotel in ideal location for accessing Liverpool city centre.Speedy and courteous check in.Room was clean and tidy, sparsely furnished with no wi-fi (wired internet available for a charge).Restaurant meals quite costly, standard of food ok as was service. Bar meals much better value.A pleasant hotel to stay in offering good value for money.

My first visit to Jury's Inn, LiverpoolVery friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located for the Conference Centre, Arena and Albert Dock. City Centre is a 5-10 minute walk. The 4th floor room was very pleasant and had a great view over the Mersey.Would I stay here again?....................definitely
