The room was spacious and clean however the shower was extremely difficult to adjust.

A lovely clean hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel is very central and handy for Limerick. Would definately stay here again.

Good hotel, provides all the basics that you need for a reasonable price.My room had a fantastic view over the River Shannon.Nice and quiet in the hotel itself - but there is some traffic noise as it is on the junction of two main roads. Otherwise it is a good location.

Not great. Was put on 6th floor but lift only up to 5th floor! Had to lug your suitcase and workbags up the stairs. No room service, had to go down and pick it up and again climb the stairs - no cover over food and was nearly clod by the time I got upstairs! There was roadworks on bridge overnight which kept me awake, when I asked to change into another room, they reluctanly agreed but I had to go downstairs (lug everything down again!) and get the new key and then lug everything back up! Was't a good experience.

Nice hotel in a great central location close to all the bars and the shops. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious ours had a double and single bed and there was still plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. It was also useful that there vending machines on some floors if you had the midnight munchies.

The receptionist on arrival was not curteous or friendly and quiete dismissive of any simple requests made. My room had a dirty smell when i walked into it which was most off putting. I almost slipped and broke my neck when i was in the shower as there was no bath mat inside it. I was awoken at 8 am in the morning by an employee banging on my door continously. When i opened the door all she said was "Oh sorry I'll come back later". I've no idea why/what she was doing, but if this is the hotels way of trying to get people up and out of the hotel, it is most rude and unwelcome. Probably the worst experience I've had in a hotel (and I've stayed in plenty of them)

Hotel was good value for our short stay particulalry as it was a Bank Holiday in Ireland. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size but did smell a little of old cisgarette smoke.

The hotel is very centrally located with just couple of minutes walk to town centre. Our room was facing apartments and offices so therefore had to keep the curtains closed at all times or people could see in but other than that the room was suitable for what we needed it for. We were there for my birthday celebrations and unfortunately there was no late bar after our night out but it was a Tuesday so perhaps different on a weekend. The guests staying next door to us were up very early the next morning and banged the door an awful lot waking us early too. No problems were because of the hotel tho and the staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Good value for money, friendly and well situated. We ate in the bar and the menu was a little limited. The furniture in the bar could do with some tlc as my chair was falling apart and there was a nail sticking out on the inside of the arm of the chair. Having said that I would use the hotel again.

Rooms are OK but generally hotel could do with refurbishment. Bathroom towels are poor quality. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. TV reception is poor and amazingly the Irish language station TG4 is not available.

We asked for a non-smoking room and were put on the first floor 104 when we came off the lift on to this floor the smell of smoke was dreadful. When we went into our room the window was wide open but it did not get rid of the smell of smoke in the room. I asked at reception could we be moved and was told not other room was available. When we woke in the morning the smell was as strong. The food in the bar was just ok

The bedroom smelt of cigarette smoke, There was constant noise from a boiler that made it difficult to sleep. There is pay parking, and you can avail of leisure facilities at a nearby club for a fee. Didn't eat there. The staff were friendly and helpful.Compared to other hotels that I have stayed at, this was not value for money.

excellent location for limerick city. although was not told that breakfast was not included in the price in advance. the price of breakfast was very expensive so went to a cafe nearby and had an excellent breakfast for half the price. but in all the hotel is a pleasure to stay in and would stay again.
