Convenient location, good sized clean room and very reasonably priced. Only complaint was we were told our room would be ready in half-hour and was actually an hour or so.

Jurys Inn GalwayA superbly located hotel within a very short walking distance of restaurants, shops and the harbour area. A car is not necessary for the city, although there is a public car park adjacent to the hotel.

Thought the hotel was overpriced.

Internet access expensive - should be included in price in 2009

We enjoyed our stay the htoel is well placed for convenience. The cooked breakfast was not very flash but the over all layout and variety of full breakfast bar was good. It was wierd having to go thru roll check to get back into hotel at night to go to rooms. I understand for security reasons but felt was a bit much to have to state room number name and how many guests staying before night porter would let us in. I dont fancy a hotel keeping track of my comings and goings!

The only facilities i availed of in this hotel was the room due to the nature of my business, however i would like to say the staff I encountered from check in, night porter and check out were very nice, couteous and and above all sincere which is very pleasant and rare.

Ask for a room at the back of the hotel! The river looks really good but the late night noise from revellers leaving the pubs and heading for the night club is a pain.I'm surprised that in a country that produces some really good cheeses I was offered only grated pretty tasteless stuff.

Fine. Cheap. Great location. Basic rooms. Friendly staff. The rooms backing onto the street at the lower level are a little noisy late at night.

The staff were excellent, very friendly & courteous, its location is ideal for a city break being adjacent to an indoor car park (€10 per night) it is moderately priced and we found a very good & reasonably priced restaurant next door. I would certainly use it again.

Fairly typical of a large chain motel, but location makes it stand out, simply beautiful, close to attractions with very good customer service.

Decor is looking tired, great location but there are better hotels in Galway for the same money

Location is superb, close to attractions and very central in city. Better than some others in this motel chain. A pleasant experience, we stayed an extra night.

I had a ground floor room right next door to reception and the hand dryers in the public toilets were very loud and annoying. Other than that great location for a hotel,

Good location for exploring Galway city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was comfortable but as it was above the front door, it was a little nosiy in the evenings. Bath was rather grubby but apart from that, a very pleasant stay! Did not use the hotel restaurant so can't comment on the food. Bar staff were rather slow to serve and quite sharp when taking orders. Would be happy enough to visit again.

Too noisy. Breakfast did not suit me at all. I am a vegetarian and there was no mushrooms hash browns. The toaster was not working when I got there. Chef did some toast for me.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The service was good and the room whilst fairly standard was spacious and modern. Overnight parking was an extra 10 euro.

The hotel was wellpresented but out of the way and difficult to find given the directions, given these comments juries generally do a good job and there was afootball game looming on the day we left so the place was a bir over-run with clients.

The hotel is in a nice location and is easy to get to. I had breakfast and the quality left much to be desired. The orange juice was practicaly water with colouring, there might have been a trace of ornage in there somewhere. The cooked breakfast was dried out and almost unpallatable. If I stay at the hotel again I will definitely find somewhere else to have breakfast.

Hotel very good, however, what let it down was the shower. Not a lot of water pressure plus head broken had to stand with hand on it to aim water at body.
