Great HotelGreat hotel would happily stay again, tho £10.00 a night carpark was a little steep would have been better if they had there own carpark at the back of the hotel. Apart from that a brilliant hotel in a great location.

no smokingwe had a nasty no smoking letter pushed under the door which appeared to be aimed at me, but when I spoke to other people in the hotel they thought the same thing! I understand that you may need to stop people smoking which I agree with completely as a non smoker, And I don't mind naughty boy letters but the wording would have made a world of difference. Other than that lovely nights stay.

A good example of the gere - business hotel with all the standard mod cons. Lack of parking a minor issue but very close NCP with discount or pay and display out the back. Front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic but struggled a bit with the Credit card machine both at check-in and out marring an otherwise smooth arrival and departure. Breakfast buffet at extra cost was reasonable (was on 'offer') and good hot food plus nice selection of pastries etc. Nothing particularly special to offer the little one, but Cbeebies on freeview was all we needed anyway! Would happily stay again.

Clean, comfortable & central, good value business hotel. Walls slightly thin and road slightly noisy but I would stay again.

A few snaggin issues as the hotel was so new - for example our bedside lights didn't work. But this did not spoil our stay at all.

A Faultless Hotel Experience We were particularly pleased with the helpful staff in the restaurant, who when we asked if they had any vegan milk said no but if you can wait 10 minutes we will go and get some.First rate thank you. Ray Gill

A smart new hotel conveniently situated close to bus station and shops/entertainment. The service was friendly but there were inevitable hiccoughs in the checking in process (eg room key not working at first). Standard of room was good with a solid good size bed and attractive decor. Shower/bath had good water control (hot and cold meant what they said)! The breakfast was fairly standard but plenty of space in dining room and staff professional.

First night of opening and first guest to check in. Quite a number of teething troubles.For the first time I know what the queen must feel, steady now, everything smelt of new paint, new bedding, in fact new everything. Hopefully all the new staff will get settled in quickly, 20 minutes to check in wasn't good, especially as the three of us were outnumbered by the 8 staff at one point. 15 minutes to order lunch on the Saturday when there was only one other order in place for drinks and two staff was tough to bear. Insult to injury was added when the order arrived without one of the meals. But hey! , we got a free cookie for the boy who had to eat his meal mostly by himself.I'm sure it will get better, it's location is good and amenities better than holiday inn, more child friendly than other allegedly posh hotels in Exeter who I ignore as having a well behaved kid I feel that their selling point in telling me my custom is not wanted is a tad misguided.I will stay again, experience will out.

The Jurys InnWhat we didnt know was that this hotel only opened for business at 12:00 on the day we checked in! Everything was brand spanking new. The bar and reception areas were very inviting and decorated in a modern fresh style. The lady that checked us in was friendly but she forgot to tell us about putting the room key card in the box on the wall in the room to start the electricity so we thought our room didnt have lights!The room was great for £69 a night. We had a samsung LCD TV and internet point and the bed was nice and firm. Also air conditioning. The bathroom was so new there was still sawdust in the shower where they had fixed it in. We were so chuffed to have booked this place, just 2 minutes walk from the city centre, we had a fantastic time in Exeter. I would recommend it to all my friends.
