jury inn corkA lovely hotel ,but unfortunately the furinture was broken in our room on arrival ,this was promptly changed when we pointed it out.I found staff efficient but not friendly .I got the impression we were an inconvienance to them.I would stay at this hotel again but it wouldn't be my first choice and it definately doesn't deserve 4 stars .It does have all the facitities sauna, pool etc but no warmth of character and we found the rooms uncomfortable to sleep in .I wouldn't recomend the jury but I wouldn't advise against it ,to be honest it left me totally indifferant. If you are intending to go there as a treat -don't ! the staff badly need training on how to treat customers pleasantly.

Beautiful hotel, great service & fantastic breakfast. Only small complaint is that room walls seemed a bit thin as could hear quite a lot of noise from next room but overall was an enjoyable stay & would definately recommend this hotel. Location great too. Ten mins walk from main shopping area.

Couldn't ask for moreOnly stayed one night but was very impressed with the hotel. Location was excellent, walking distance from city centre, lots of bars and cafes nearby, staff were friendly and efficient and would have like to have more time to see the rest of the hotels facilities which seemed very good. Room was faultless too (although pillows seemed to be filled with beans!). Overall very satisfied with my stay.

hotel was lovely. the breakfast was excellent with plenty choice. the only comment i would make is that the executive lounge was not cleaned during the day and the dirty cups and plates were on the tables all day

Great hotel, really modern. Fantastic location for Cork city centre. We upgraded the room to the executive rooms on the 5th floor, great value and excellent room.

The staff were particularly friendly and professional. The manager who met us on arrival in reception came to see us at breakfast on both mornings of our stay and greeted us by name - very impressive. Staff training was clearly exemplary.

Very smart and professional hotel. The pool and saunas were excellent. Location ideal for a short walk into Cork centre. We would highly recomend this hotel as a base to see the surrounding countryside.

Jurys Cork Hotel was very up-market with very comfortable rooms - and beds - also leisure facilities were very good. We didn't eat at the hotel as there are many places within walking distance of 5/10 minutes. One place not to eat is at Reidys Bar (across from Jurys Hotel). It looked a real old-fashioned pub - but the food was not good, and not worth the money. The old Geol is worth a visit and is a reasonable walk from the hotel through lovely gardens. Also St. Finbars Cathedral worth a visit. Getting the Airport bus is excellent and there is one which lets you off just outside Jurys Hotel. All in all, quite OK for a few days in Cork.

Hotel was excellent ,rooms brilliant, staff very friendly, only downside was, for the price of the rooms breakfast should be included, will definatley visit again.

Great location, close to the town centre, and high quality accommodation - clean, well presented room / bathroom with every amenity. Very helpful staff who took care of everything from ordering taxis to providing safe storage for luggage after check-out time. Only downside was noisy plumbing in bathroom which woke me up in the middle of the night.

Nicest place to stay in cork city, great food and service and great views of cork city and very relaxing pleasant experience overall!

My booking from laterooms didn't show up in their system, I'm not sure who's fault that was. They had a room for me anyway, so it didn't matter a lot.

Big large bland corporate hotel. Nothing wrong with the hotel but everything was very expensive. Evening meal was very pricey, perfectly acceptable but very small portion - only acceptable iof you are on a diet. Overall feeling was poor value for money.

There was a problem with my booking in that they didn't know I had arrived even though I'd checked in!! And then proceeded to come into my room without knocking, a bit angry about that, the front desk staff seemed to be under a bit of pressure, however the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and of high quality. The breakfast was lovely even although a bit expensive, the leisure centre area was also clean and of a high standard.I would definitely use this hotel again if staying in Cork city centre

I was put in a disabled room without being told?????Hotel is typical of the new all new hotels. No character/atmosphere The hotel is very good but not worth the price
