Had a fabulous stay in this hotel. The bed in the room was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in - It was almost waist high and took three pillows across . The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel which for 8 euro got us into town in less than ten mins. There is also a bank link right across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I found the desk service very poor. There were plenty of people behind the front desk but none were interested in serving the people lined up. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so if you had to open the window, outside noise was a problem.

Very helpful front office/door staff. Although Dublin is a relatively compact city, if you are there to see the main areas (ie Temple Bar and surrounding area) would recommend a hotel closer to the action. Hotel primarily services business sector rather than the tourist. Free car park was a bonus. Smoking and non smoking rooms on same floor meant the corridors often smelt of cigarettes. On 2 occasions glass ware not cleaned yet returned to room as though had been. Rooms starting to feel a little worn although comfortable. Very hard pillows, room had view of neighbouring flats.

A top quality, modern hotel with an excellent restaurant and bar and a large central foyer to meet up and relax. Situated in a nice area to the south of the city centre, it's easy to get to by bus or taxis from the airport (~30 mins journey) and ~15 mins walk into the city centre (including a stroll through the park!). At €22 the breakfast is a little on the pricey side (Welcome to Dublin...!), but you can really fill your boots to set yourself up for the day enjoying Dublin's attractions! At the discounted prices we enjoyed by booking through LateRooms.com, it was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away with some mates, and I'd certainly recommend it to others. Apparently it's a favourite with the rugby teams that come to play at Lansdown Road, so you know it's a quality hotel. The guys behind the bar also know how to make an excellent Mojito!

Was All-Ireland game weekend so Hotel was in chaos, hence this may not reflect 'normal' service. Queued for breakfast on the Sunday morning for a good 20 mins. Quality of breakfast was low and we could not get coffee even after asking several times. Abandoned breakfast and bought it elsewhere. Room was not exceprional for the price, though clean and functional. Location for the city was good with a short walk to St Stephen's green.

Hotel was clean, close to a well served bus route and about a 10 minute walk from St Stephen's Green. Good value at 99 Euros per night.

the time spent at The Burlington Hotel was most enjoyable. Myself and my husband stayed for three nights. Laterooms.com were able to offer the best price for this hotel. The hotel for me personally was ideally situated just outside Dublin's main city centre and took approximately 15 minutes to walk at a nice leisurely pace into the town via a lovely park. The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself had recently been re-furbished. I would definately use this hotel again and recommend it to friend and family.

Overall very impressed with hotel given that room cost just €99 for the Friday night I stayed. Must've been a deal as rack rate stated as €300 per person, which would be was over-priced. Very big hotel, a little walk to get to the room. Room itself comfortable and clean as was rest of the hotel. Only issue with room was that TV channel list was non-existant and channels themselves were randomly set-up, hardly a major complaint! Could also have been made clearer on arrival that parking for guests was free. Taxi-rank outside hotel was very handy. Don't be expecting a genuine 'Irish' or 'Dublin' experience at the hotel though, I didn't encounter any Irish staff members. Didn't try any of the food at the hotel.

I found the staff very helpful but was disappointed by firstly finding the cerial bowls contaminated by either a blue ring in the bottom which appeared to be remanents from the dishwasher or very small particles in the bottom. The bowls with the rings were removed but the others remained.

I quite agree with the other reviews that this isn't a 4 star hotel and nor is the food, i ordered some bespoke sausage and mash and although it was good to look at the mash had a distinct 'instant' texture and taste to it. Overall however it's not a poor hotel but it unfortunately doesn't live up to the the grandeur of the reception.

Hotel is nice, but room a bit small, location is slightly away from city centre, but reachable with public transport - bus stop right in front of hotel. Concierge are very friendly. Gym is equipped for a good workout in the morning.

The Burlington is located slightly out of the city centre in a very upmarket residential area that is only a short bus or taxi ride away from St. Stephens Green. That was a benefit for us as we wanted to be away from the noisey temple bar area!! We were very impressed with The Burlington... it is very modern, the rooms were very spacious and immaculate with all the amenities you would expect from a 4* hotel, the beds were extremely comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Bellini's Bar was lovely, it had the feel of a trendy city centre bar and although the drinks were expensive, they were typical of most of Dublin's bars. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but would recommend Bewleys on Grafton street for the full works for breakfast! I got an amazing deal on laterooms for this hotel - would highly recommend The Burlington to anyone going to Dublin.

The Burlington is a clean and modern hotel. We only stayed there 1 night. We were amazed at how long it took to walk to from the city centre - about 40 minutes, we thought we'd never get there. We got taxi's to and from St Stephen's green after that - it was only about 6 euros and then you can walk into town easily. The room was fine - modern - everything you need although the bathroon was very small and they gave us the last room on the 4th floor which was a long walk from the lift! I wouldn't stay again as it was a bit too much out of the way.

The hotel was very nice, but we had two beds pushed together rather than an actual double/kingsize bed. It was comfortable but unusual! As for the location, it's good if you don't mind a walk into town as it's about 10 mins from St Stephen's Green and about 15 mins walk back from the pubs on Merrion Row. We found the cabs cheap and plentiful, so it wasn't too much hassle to get anywhere (5 mins and €5 to Town, Pearse Station for the Dart, etc). The left luggage facility with the concierge and the front desk is all very polite and efficient and we couldn't fault it on that point. The only big dissapointment was that there weren't any biscuits to enjoy with a cup of tea in the bedroom, which we considered highly unusual for a 4* hotel. All in all we liked it and would recommend it to our friends, but we'd let them know that there may be one or two alternatives that they may prefer.
