What are your breakfast options?

Guests may dine at Aqua which is a buffet style restaurant located on level 2 of the property. Alternatively guests may order in-room dining breakfast from 5:30am – 10:30am. The buffet breakfast consists of bacon, eggs, sausages, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, pikelets, omelettes, naked beans, mushrooms, hash browns, etc.

*Children ages 0-3 years eat free.

What transport is available to get around?

Transportation services around the city of Townsville are as follows: Sunbus, Red Sunbus, Shuttle bus and taxis. If you are travelling around the CDB, we suggest using the Red Sunbus service. This bus service runs from the mall which is in the centre of the city, along the Strand, Flinders Street, Palmer Street and Sir Leslie Thiess Drive. If you want to head out to the major shopping centres, there are two options; you could catch a taxi which will take you directly to the shops or you could catch the Sunbus which is a much cheaper option; however there will be a number of stops along the way. There is a shuttle bus at the Townsville Airport which can take guests to any hotel/motel in Townsville.

What can I do nearby?

We have a pool, gym and sauna on the property as well as Hands in Harmony Massage Parlour. Close to the property, about 10 minutes' walk is the Great Barrier Reef HQ Aquarium open daily from 9:30am – 5:00pm. The Coral Reef Exhibit is the world’s largest living coral aquarium and has a tunnel, predator exhibit and a turtle hospital. The Reef HQ also holds daily dive shows, turtle talks and animal feeding tours.

Billabong Sanctuary is located approximately 17 kilometers south of Townsville. We are a 5-minute walk from the Sun Ferries terminal which ferries tourists to the beautiful Magnetic Island.

Do you have internet?

We have internet connections in all rooms on the property. Internet charges are $11 per hour or $22 for 24 hours. Alternatively, there is a business centre located on level 3 of the property next to the reception.

Do you provide parking?

Jupiters has two car parks on the property for hotel guests and patrons. Parking bays are located adjacent to the property and to the left of the building. Jupiters has a valet service for all guests which is charged at $15 per day of use or if guests wish to park themselves, free parking is available in both car parks.
