great lodgewe stayed here in june 2009 for 2 nights only. although in hindsight we would've been happy to stay longer as the accommodation was lovely. very modern lodge fully equipped with everything we needed. plenty of space for 6 people. great views of the country side. would recommend highly and we definitely would stay here again.

Good value for money but not my cup of tea!Only stayed for 2 nights mainly due to rubbish weather. Accommodation was clean but a bit old and tired - smokers had obviously used it as there was an underlying smell of smoke. Only me and my son stayed in a caravan that could accommodate 6 people. But for the amount of money I paid and that my stay was in the height of the summer season I got very good value for money so no complaints.

A really special place that we must return to!This place is a real good find. We stayed in a lodge that was immaculate, very clean well presented good furnishings etc etc. The only thing that we felt could have been improved on was the double bed seemed smaller than standard. We ate at the insite restaurant on out last night but had we realised the quality, service, environment and standard of the food we would have eaten there every night - our mistake! Will be back again definetly maybe choose the bigger lodge next time but excelent no matter what.

Very PleasedWe booked the break the day before we went. So easy. On arrival, we were greeted by very friendy staff. The caravan was clean and well equipped. However, there was no bedding, a quick phone and within minutes it was there. Had trouble with one of the door locks, spoke to the maintainance man who looked at it straight away and said he would fix it the morning as it was late in the day. Went out the following day, and when we retuned it was fixed. We did not use the other facilities on site, but they all looked nice. We would go again, and most definately recommend to other people.

Very Pleasent accomodation, Friendly and efficient stuffwe stayed for nights (and extended for a third one) in one of the Lodges (Azalea type). the lodge can accommodate for 6. 1 double bedroom (en-suit), one twin room, and two in the living room. however, as we are a family of four we just used the two rooms for sleeping. the accommodation was very clean and seemed to be in a new or near new condition. flat tv in every room (3 in total) and two bathrooms helped for a very relaxed and pleasant stay. we had a problem with the fridge (had a strong smell of mature cheese ;() that was dealt very quickly by the stuff, as a result, got a complimentary wine with apologies. the area is beautiful and quite and the children were able to run and play outside, without fear from traffic or people from th outside. on the down side, it has very limited entertainment to offer to children (and adults) but as we used as our base to explore the area, that was not an issue for us.all in all, I can recommend it heartily (if you do not need in park entertainment) as it had major contribution to a great holiday.other facilities in the park : small swimming pool, children playing area, games room.

Excellent Cornish Holiday Park!Although we stayed in an older "Mobile", it was very well equipped and everything was cared for, looked good, & worked. The Park is in a beautiful area, has 1st class facilities, and the atmosphere was friendly and efficient. We have stayed in the equivalents all over Europe (Canvas Holidays & Eurocamp) and rate Juliot's well with the very best, except that the pool is smaller.I recommend it to anyone wanting this sort of holiday, provided they can walk up slopes.

What a WeekendWe booked a weekend through Late Rooms. We had booked a 4 birth lodge and when we arrived we were extremely pleasantly suprised to find we had been given a free upgrade to a 6 birth de-luxe lodge. The lodge was spotless and everything was almost like new. It even had a dishwasher. We made our way to the Coach house for a few drinks and ended up having a laugh and a sing-a-long with the staff. We relaxed on the Saturday and toured around the beautiful area.We went for a meal at the restaurant on site in the evening. The choice was a bit limited but this was due to the fact that we arrived late and most of the specials were sold out.Meal was excellent value for money though. We made our way through to the bar where they had live entertainment. Not expecting much from a club singer but we were blown away. The guy was so versatile. He could sing just about any song you asked for and did them all justice.Everyone got up and joined in the fun and danced the night away.We made our way to Port Isaac before leaving Cornwall the next day. Port Isaac is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic weekend. We will return, as you requested.

A great breakIn the middle of no where. It was a great site with a heated pool outside really nice bar and restaurant. The staff were nice and helpful would definately stay there again. It was a great base to explore cornwall which is what we did.You do need a sat nav to find Juliots well and to get around as its mostly little country lanes. The lodges looked amazin will try one of those next time.

Caravan dated but clean. Brought our two Westies so it was as expected. Lovely site in beautiful countryside. Excellent value for money. Lodges and cottages look very nice and would choose either of these next time. Had a really wonderful break and would recommend it.

We were looking for the cheapest accommodation we could find on short notice and at £35pn for the two of us, this won out. We expected a 6-berth caravan but actually got an 8-berth - 1980s era I imagine, and rather worn around the edges but completely clean and tidy when we arrived.Though the living area was spacious, the main double bed was quite short - I'm 5'10" and my feet were well over the edge - and the twin room beds were barely two feet wide. They would probably only be okay for children up to age 12.The caravan was well equipped for cooking with pots, pans, cutlery etc although the gas oven had to be lit by match, which we didn't have any of! A strange thing to leave out.We only stayed because we were planning on camping but the weather turned bad, and I'm glad we had the place and would have probably been happy to stay the whole week. Just don't expect luxury!

Enjoyable BreakJuliot's Well provides a convenient location for touring North Cornwall. The accommodation was good value out of season, and as there were only 2 of us occupying a six berth caravan, we had plenty of room.

Great value accommodation in a good locationWe stayed in a log cabin which was in good condition, well equipped, and would comfortably have slept four. The location of the site was good, within easy reach of numerous attractions. Overall this was excellent value for money - as good as accommodation elsewhere costing considerably more.

Basic but brilliantWe stayed in one of the older mobile homes but found everything was in first rate order: the cleanliness, decor, and even the available space. The only really problem was a gas oven that was a bit of a mystery, and the inevitable problem that when it was cold it was very cold, and when it was hot you needed every window and door open to cool down. That said you aren't paying Ritz prices so don't expect Ritz accomodation. Do bring anything you need: washing up liquid, tea towels, tea bags, etc.A delightful place and one we will definitely stay at again.

This was a very last minute booking so all they had left were static caravans, however they were very clean and well maintained. The staff on the front desk were fantastic, sadly we did not get to use any of the facilities on site as we were visiting friends for the weekend but they looked very good indeed.I rate this site very highly and would stay there again.

Very reasonably priced accomodation for break over New Year. Staff had put gas fire on before our arrival so caravan was nice and warm when we got there. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and although we had paid for a higher spec caravan, we were put into the lower spec model. We were given a DVD player which we should have had, but in hindsight, it would have been nice to have been refunded the extra money we had paid. Matches to light the gas stove would have been handy ;)Meal in the restaurant was nice, service a bit on the slow side.
