The hotel's main restaurant is well decorated with paintings adorning the walls. It serves a good selection of international cuisine. A visit to the other restaurant is recommended, its of a moorish style and serves a wide selection of delicious local dishes.

This is a beautiful hotel - grand lobby, great restaurants, substantial breakfast buffet, pool area and surroundings serene. The hotel common areas were huge and well appointed - beautiful stained glass, tile and marble. The location was within easy walking distance to the Villa Nouvelle area of Fes. A wonderful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city! The only downside was that the air conditioning in the hotel room was extremely weak. We were there at the beginning of August when it was over 100 degrees outside. Inside our room it was about 85 degrees - not pleasant. The staff did the best they could do to cool the room but that was as good as the temperature would get. The room was clean and it was pleasant to have outside furniture on our terrace to sit at night and enjoy the lush green surroundings.
