Williamstown and Mt. Greylock are close by and easy to. The staff were friendly and very nice to us.

The room was beautifully organized, had amenities above and beyond my expectations. It was not easy to find in the dark & there were limited elevators. Visiting Jiminy Peak during the summer was an unexpected treat! We enjoyed an uncrowded atmosphere, unrushed service, and excellent amenities in a spacious suite. Pool, spa, and sauna facilities were delightful. The lack of elevator on the end of the hotel where we were staying made for an uncomfortable dragging of luggage up stairs and the alternative meant a long walk through many doors.

Though we paid in advance, They charged my credit card again for the hotel fees. When I told them, I eventually had to talk to the manager and he had it removed the next day.

Big room. One elevator, unfriendly staff. One elevator for all guests, hallways were long with steps which is not very accommodating to luggage's. Staff was cold.

The Country Suite was very nice. Perfect for my family that was visiting. The mountains were gorgeous and the adventure park was great for my little daughter. I got the suite at a great price (less than $100 a night) and I thought it was well worth the price! Would recommend highly.

Full kitchen and laundry facilities and privacy. No cell service! The facility is family oriented, great for a getaway vacation, very rustic location.

We had a great room in the front of the hotel with a beautiful view. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Those girls that cleaned the room did a marvelous job. John Harvard's had a great breakfast buffet, and for dinner you can't beat the Shrimp Scampi! Christian's Tavern had the best Chicken Ceasar Salad, and the kids menu fit everyone's taste buds. Even my husband thought the Tavern burger was worth the stop in. The Mountain Park was so much fun! We rode the coaster all day!!! The kids loved all the rides! The pool was small but the kids didn't mind. We had a great weekend and plan on going back again! PS> The staff and all the other guests we met were very friendly. You have to experience it!!!!

I had trouble getting to my room as there are not really elevators and my knee hurt really badly -the staff rescued me to carry all my bags and help me find my way to my room. It is the best service ever in a hotel! Consistent with everyone I encountered. I felt it was tiring to work the maze of the hallways to the rooms but the staff explained that originally the units were separate but later joined together.

Great location for those who want to get away. Not too far but just far enough if you know what I mean. The rooms are very comfortable and have a home type feel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Jiminy Peak hotel suite was perfect for a weekend of hiking, Tanglewood and relaxing in the Berkshires. The large main room with kitchenette was great for meal preparation and food storage and hanging out with a separate bedroom and king bed. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There's a great Country Store on site with everything you forgot or could possibly want. The pool area was great for relaxing. It was busy with family and children during peak hours.

We stayed and the country inn at Jiminy Peak. After checking in we went to dinner at John Harvards, a restuarant/bar, locating in the same building. It has an excellent atmosphere, they make their own beer and the food was excellent. Sadly this was the highlight of the trip. The rooms and hall were dreary. The country inn rooms have a fully stocked kitchen but beware!! The first thing I looked at was the coffee pot, which clearly was not cleaned properly. The room doesn't come with a sponge and dish soap so you had to either put everything in the dishwasher or forget it. It was raining all weekend and there truly on site to do as you would expect from a resort. When it was time to sleep the phone rang about every 15 minutes to signify a phone message that didn't exist. I complained but they couldn't fix it so it was a miserable night's stay. I would never go back here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Jiminy Peak. The hotel is a ski lodge in the Berkshires. There are good mountain biking trails and low traffic roads for cycling. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I had a suite that was plenty large enough for four people. It had a small kitchenette with a half size stove and dishwasher. The bathroom was large and looked like it had been recently renovated. There were two sinks/vanities, so more than one person can get ready at a time. The week-night price was reasonable, but the weekends were steep. If you want to use the wireless internet connection, you will need to have a room close to the lobby.

We have been staying at Jiminy Peak for 20 years! It's location, facilities and grounds are wonderful. Even though the three bedroom townhouses were comfortable and spacious the lack of air-conditioning became a problem. The units also needed serious updating. We stayed in a three bedroom unit over the 4th of July and were thrilled to see the unit we were in was recently redone- beautifully! There was still no AC in the townhouse but we were lucky enough not to need it! I don't think we'd take a chance if we were staying for any lengthy stay.

My grandson and I stayed at Jiminy Peak over the 4th of July. It is a very beautiful and relaxing setting and we enjoyed our visit. Fortunately, a member of the matenance staff helped us find our room and it is difficult to navigate and there is a lack of elevators to get the luggage to rooms. The staff members were friendly and helpful for the most part and the suites were large. I would definitely return.
