We were very happy with our short stay and would stay again another time for the location and comfort that it had to offer.

We have stayed at the Jet Park Airport Hotel on many occasions and can say that we have always been very satisfied. We usually take overnighter rooms and on occasion these can be quite small but we are usually only there for one night and they are more than adequate. The shuttle service from the airport and hotel is very efficient and the drivers always very personable and helpful. The car parking scheme if you have your own vehicle is also very user friendly. The restaurant has always been very good but it is even better now that there have been renovations and the dining room extended. The food was excellent.

Even to room service hours advertised (up to 3am) are not honoured as I arrived at 1am |

The dinner in their restaraunt is absolutely fantastic. Both food and service wise. Their breakfast is quite good also but didnt like how they did not have chilled juices, and it was quite expensive. It was great having a free shuttle to the airport but they should also get a shuttle to the city, even if you have to pay for it, because it is impossible to get to the city except by taxi. Or taking the free shuttle to the airport to get a city shuttle from there. This is really the only thing which is lacking there. Oh and I also didnt like the fact you couldnt change colour or brightness etc on their TV set.

Hotel very good for an overnight stay before heading overseas. The room was a tad small for a four star hotel but contained all that is required. We would use the hotel again.

What a pleasant surprise this Hotel was! Airport Hotels seem to claim the "ordinary" tag very easily, but on our recent visit we found the Jet Park Airport Hotel was exceptional in service, cleanliness and facilities. Just a few kms from the airport - it is a short relatively direct drive and the hotel offers a shuttle service for those in transit. We found it a great place to start our North Island touring (away from the CBD) and we will stay here again when we next return.

It was conveniently located close to the airport, and would definitely have stayed longer at this hotel. Good quality facilities, worth the price. They are currently expanding but this didn't disrurb our stay. They provide a convenient service of allowing those who are leaving NZ to pay their departure tax at the hotel, thereby saving time at the airport.

Some parts are new, but some rooms now nearing renovation standards, facility being expanded. Close to airport for short stays, but long (expensive) way from city by taxi. Good food, very good service (couldn't do enough for you), airport shuttle bus a bonus. Standard Room was quite small.
