Better than expectedWhat can i say, we all had a great weekend and our accommodation made it alot easier to relax and enjoy ourselves, we was greeted brilliantly, straight away check in.We will definatly be come back to this hotel.

Jesmond Park off to a bad start !On arrival it seemed that the room hadn´t been prepared or checked over as the toilet leaked, there was something in the drawers from the previous occupants and it was impossible to adjust the or turn off the radiator. The staff did the best they could, I must say, and were a decent bunch all in all and so helped us put up with the inconveniences. The spot´s nice and quiet and I´m sure the place is usually trouble free. I´d probably even return there !

Unhappy experienceThe accommodation was quite good but the other clientele who were young people were noisy, unruly and continued all night making noise despite warnings. The hotel is in a predominantly student area and totally unsuitable for anyone who wants quiet and I got virtually no sleep on the first night. Such was my annoyance that I left early in the morning to find a quieter hotel nearer the city centre. This hotel may be alright for the young set but not for senior citizens such as myself. The hotel was ok but they will need to control the clientele more.

Poor quality accomodation. Odd that we were made to pay up front and suspect this is because people may leave for better accomodation. A place to be missed at all costs. I've no idea how this is rated at 3 stars

pleasant staybasically i just needed a room for the night as i was visiting a friend and to be honest we had been out all day and half the night so all i remembered was arriving there at 3am going to bed and waking up late for my breakfast which i missed! quite a creaky bed but the room was clean and had a tv...the shower i used tho didnt work and trickled cold water out in which i needed a cold shower! woke up late for breakfast so missed that.location just is osborne road and its a 10min taxi ride and 20min walk to newcastle town centre

a cheap stay in NewcastleA well priced hotel, close to the University, with good sized rooms - it was let down by a worn out and uncomfortable bed, generally scruffy decor, dubious cleanliness in the dining room (e.g. the cup was stuck to the saucer as it hadn't been washed up properly) and an indifferent breakfast. Overall fairly typical, regrettably, of cheaper city hotels. Should be possible to get a better night's stay for the same money elsewhere.

Very noisy area with lots of student accommodation was woken several times in the night and I’m not that easy to wake up. Hotel and room was fine, but in the wrong area.

Stay if your workingReally good facility if your staying and need to go out and eat within walking distance, staff very friendly and helpful the place is clean and the breakfast good. I am going back for a long stay period would recommend for those looking to feel at home whilst away.

Jesmond ParkThis is more of a guest house than hotel. Rooms are OK bed a bit lumpy. Because of location it is used by Hen/Stag parties if you don't want to hear people being sick at 4am don't stay here.Breakfast was good - but too many rooms for size of breakfast room - you may have to wait if you are not down first

Decent Cheap HotelA basic but perfectly acceptable hotel.Room was small but everything was clean - very powerful shower!Breakfast was fine. For the price I have no complaints.

What can I say? The hotel is in a great part of Jesmond near bars, restaurants and shops. I was put in an attic room which was very small. The moved to another room which was better (had a double bed) and an en-suite. Be careful when you book as the cheaper rooms are not en-suite. For a one night stop, the hotel was fine and the staff very friendly. Let me be clear, the hotel is well positioned and quiet but I think the rooms are dated and could do with modernising and brightening up. The room was clean as was the linen and towels.

Good basic B&BVery adequate accommodation for the price - quiet, clean and comfortable. One niggle - my room was not ens-suite, and showers seemed to be a bit scarce.

Jesmond ParkI received a warm friendly welcome from the staff and the room was very clean. The food is good and the bar is cheap.I can't complain about anything and i will be stopping there again next week.

Simply GoodThe hotel is good value for money....no extras or fripperies like free bathroom stuff but all this is available on request, in fact everything you would get in a more expensive hotel is available on request so you are not paying for things you don't use.
