We were allowed to check in aarly and had a friendly and helpful desk clerk. Good breakfast bar far better than some. Only stayed one night so cannot comment on the housekeeping.

The friendliness of staff. Rooms & hallways dirty. Carpets throughout very dirty and stained. Sheets too small for the bed. Room was not made up on one of the days of my stay.

My family and I stayed here for what was supposed to be an overnight stay. Unfortunately we used someone other than the travel website to book our flights and they were booked wrong. We ended up staying another night and not going on to our intended destination. However, the staff at the Jameson Suites was very helpful. Front desk staff was excellent. Apparently a lot of people's reservations did not come through that weekend, but the front desk staff handled everyone in a professional and courteous way. The rooms contain either a King Size or two Doubles, a fold-out couch, kitchette with microwave, sink and refrigerator, color TV with cable and FREE WI-FI. The place is a bit older and the floors on the third floor do not inspire confidence. The facilities are adequate for an overnight stay, but not plush.

We arrived after midnight and the clerk was very helpful. We were encouraged by the cleanliness of the lobby and surroundings. Unfortunately, our room left a lot to be desired. The carpet in the hallway was dirty as was the carpet in our room. The deadbolt on our door wouldn't work and there was a crack between the door and the frame that a small animal could fit through. The lights by the beds didn't work and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Beds were very low and uncomfortable. Went to breakfast in the lobby early the next morning and there were no plates to be found Will not be staying here again.

The convenience to highways, places to eat and activities. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and there were extras like a built in hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee pot/microwave and the small sitting area was perfect for me to see my family. The next time I go back to Little Rock I will stay at this hotel again and pay a higher price for the comfort it provided.

Upon arrival, everything was good to go. The hotel was kid friendly by providing for us a baby bed for our 1 yr old son who had his birthday on Saturday during the visit. The staff was real courteous by providing fresh towels, etc and also promptly sending maintenence when the toilet got stopped up. Everything from the kitchenette to the living area was real nice and was definitely worth the price we got. I would stay here again and also will recommed this hotel to anyone I know wanting to stay somewhere in Little Rock.

The hotel location is fine, very quiet. My room had some small ant issues, especially in the bathroom so I was ooncerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. When I mentioned it to the front desk they were not that sympathetic, said it was due to remodeling that they were doing in the hotel. I think they should have been more concerned. I hate bugs!!

Clean, convenient. We had to move rooms to get a refrigerator that worked; not one cup or dish! We expected something similar to an Extended Stay America with some cups and dishes to use in the microwave. That was a disappointment. However, the breakfasts in the common area were excellent with lots to eat.

Our daughter is getting married in Little Rock and we stayed here to check out this hotel for a possible stay for our guests. Possibly 20 rooms. We would not recommend this hotel for any event where you may be the host. Our room #330 had a shower that leaked into the bedroom area flooring. The heat in the room was uncontrollable. The security door in the side entry near our room, was never locked. The room next to us had a dog, who continually barked whenever the owner left the room. Management was unable to take care of any of these issues.

This hotel was nothing fancy, but excellent price. Closer to the strip malls than downtown. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this to a friend.

I would highly reccomend this hotel. My suite was spacious, and included plenty of extra towels, pillows & blankets. I felt very secure traveling alone and being a senior lady. The breakfast buffet was above average and a big plus. I also took advantage of the free courtesty van to return me to the airport. All my needs were met, and I look forward to staying there again in May. Only disappointment was no "Inside Pool". I could have found one at the Embassy Suites nearby, but would have had to pay quite a bit more.

The suites are large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. The redocorating in the lobby is much better than before. Now, they just need to get rid of those old carpets in the hall ways and elevators. This should help eleminate the musty odor that is very noticeable.

The toilet ran constantly. The desk clerk could not give directions, The wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall. The breakfast was very good. Not worth the price.

Check in was quick and easy, when we got to the room it was HOT!!! We come to realize that the AC didn't work, I called front desk and the lady told me they didn't have any other double rooms available, not could she give us 2 king rooms and that I could COME GET a fan. Yes, you read it right, me come get a fan. My friend and I walked back down stairs and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was very friendly, she told the lady at the front desk to give us 2 king rooms as close as possible to each other.

Let me start by saying I'm very picky about hotels. I loooved this hotel! I have stayed at many hotels across the country, ranging from $30-$200, and felt this was a great deal for the rate I got on my King Suite. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well accomodated. They had awesome showers (which is very important to me) They had the most comfy pillows ever. The lady at the front desk could have been nicer when I ran into trouble with my booking (DEFINITELY CALL AHEAD TO CONFIRM!!!) but turned her attitude right around once Travel agency called and cleared it up. The complimentary breakfast buffet by far surpassed my expectations, and check out is at 12 instead of 11, which is always nice. The location was easy to find, located near great eateries (go to Julie's!!! great food and drinks) and though right off the interstate, it was quiet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a lovely evening away...

The staff of the Jameson in Little Rock were very impersonable. They were carrying on converstions between theirselves while checking in my husband and I and antother guest. But the worst part of all was the room. We were on the 5th floor and it appeared the walls had been leaking. The wall paper was peeling back from the walls and was turned in color from the water stains. The toilet was disgusting, and quite frankly, I was a little worried to sleep on the bed. The chairs in the room were all stained up. Oh, and the fire sprinklers in the room were rusted and covered with dust! I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Location was excellent. The hallways had a damp mildew odor.
