Hotel met and exceeded expectations. From the employees to the overall look of the hotel. I was very pleased. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Was definitely better than another 3 star motel I have been staying in in the area. The room was very pleasant and clean, the bed very comfortable. i felt very safe coming iand going to and from the hotel. The breakfast area was very pleasant and bright, the food selection was appealing. I will stay there again!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the motel and the staff. I had some problems with our Orbitz reservation but the staff worked to straighten them out. The room was spacious and very nice and clean.

Made the trip with my daughter and a couple of my friends. My daughter choose the motel, she liked the retro look. The motel was great, the room was a little small but very nice and very clean, we slept very comfortably and other than one lady that was assisting at the counter when we checked out, all the others were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with during check in and check out. If we are ever in your area again, we will definitely stay there again.

Went for family event. The hotel lived up to the reviews. Pillow top beds were just barely pillow top, but still comfortable. Staff was friendly, location convenient, priced right. Breakfast wasn't great but was hot as advertised. Would stay there again.

Excellent location for my needs. The coffee was real good and always more if you wanted it. I have no negative input. The staff was outstanding. Very nice hotel. The in room coffee was excellent and there was no limit when we asked for more. The room and all areas we had an opportunity to visit were clean, neat and very orderly. The staff was outstanding.

I was extremely surprised on my visit to Augusta when I arrived at this hotel. The hotel looks amazing and the staff is just wonderful. They treated me like a VIP.

Very nice new hotel. Beautiful and spacious rooms. The only issue is that they are a green hotel so they only change the sheets if you request it...don't forget to request a sheet change.

Cleanliness of common areas. Free meal, TV position + poor signal, attitude of cleaning person. Aesthetic hotel, comparable to Holiday Inn express starts but lower in service and meal quality.

It's useless to make a reservation here, even with a credit card. They'gave my room away anyway. The front desk staff was rude and completely useless. When asked what the purpose of a making a reservation was if they were just going to give it away, the front desk staff responded that he, "understood what I was saying". (I hope so, I was speaking English.) When asked if they had made other arrangements for me or if they could suggest somewhere else to stay, I was told there were no rooms available in town. (There were, I found a room after doing my own research.) This Jameson Inn has lost my business forever.

check in/out was quick and the receptionist was pleasant. we stayed for one night, the room was clean and inviting.i did not have time to enjoy the amenities such as the swimming pool and work out room. they also offered i nice looking laundry room. i would stay there again.

Room was outstanding!! Exceptionally clean, neat and very comfortable. Tons of cabinets and drawers and shelves. Great lamps, wall mounted TV awesome! Thanks for the iron and ironing board and the separate closet with a door. Love the round shower rod in the tub. Safe location with an abundance of parking lot lights. Fell safe and secure at this location. Rooms seem to be sound proof, could only hear any noise immediately outside my door. Which was minimumable.

The morningcheckout.A staff member knew I was taking a test and gave me a hug and say good luck! They were out of the deluxe breakfast at 9 am. I was very disappointed because I was very hungry and had a major test to take later that morning. The hotel was beautiful. I can't complain at all. The roads outside were a little worn out and need to be repaved but other than that, the hotel was really nice! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area.

The Jamison Inn Suites in Augusta, GA. was new, very clean, very convenient to the Interstate 20 and to the business/restaurant areas. It was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and courteous.

Beautifully decorated love the flat screen TV's Liked everything. Staff was friendly room was clean breakfast was great!
