The staff was very helpful. The Jameson Inn also had a fitness room that was just what the doctor ordered. My wife and I will stay there on our next visit. There is a varity of places to eat close by.

Stayed one week at low internet rate. Accommodations were good and service and politeness of staff was unsurpassed. My wife is cold natured and the lack of an extra blanket in the room was the only possible complaint after 7 nights. Will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was kept in tip top shape. The continental breakfast was to die for with biscuits and gravy, waffles and muffins to name the highlights. The beds were nice and firm with three different pillows to choose from to lay your head on....or prop up nice and comfy to watch TV. The only disappointing thing was the pool. It seemed more like an oversized jacuzzi because it was so small and the pump was not running so there were leaves and bugs in it. If the pool isn't important you will love this hotel.

Saturday night after Thanksgiving is not a good time to have computer problems! For some reason, when the desk clerk assigned someone a room, it allowed her to assign the same room to someone else a short time later. The result was someone walking into our room unannounced. They also seemed a little unprepared for a Thanksgiving travel weekend. Our room had no soap or towels in it. Otherwise, a perfectly acceptable stay, especially considering what we paid.

Located near my Son and family. Was not clean feeling. Looked nice from outside, had had a good experience with the brand several years ago, but this one sort of let me down. Breakfast was adequate. They ran out of coffee 45 minutes till closing. Three of the lights in the room were burnt out.

I booked this room for a single night stay. Everything was nice. I was surprised at how small the bathroom was but that wasn't a big deal. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the digital temp control on the A/C unit was great. My only suggestion to the management: Don't let your desk clerks sit in the lobby and watch tv. They should be behind the desk during peak hours. I had to wait for the clerk to put down the tv remote and walk back to the front desk to check in AND to check out. (Two different clerks!) .

This is a nice hotel, well located in West Montoe, LA. Rooms were very clean. The bedding was firm and fresh. Internet worked well. The breakfast was mediocre, but better than nothing. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers.

Easy to get into, out of the parking lot and the location. The water in the shower was brown looking & had to go to 2nd floor for ice. The hotel was neat & clean. Staff very helpful knew about the eating places around the hotel. Breakfast was good and had ample supply of everything. Location was great easy to get on & off freeway.

Dirty carpets in rooms. Very few hotels keep them clean anymore. This is a very nice facility, and it's a great on Priceline. The hotel is generally very clean, although the carpets in the rooms could use some attention. Many of the hotels I stay in have the same problem. I'd still stay here again, though.

Location is convenient. Needs to be freshened up. I was on the third floor. Smoking is allowed on the third floor, and it smelled awful. The air conditioner in the hall did not work, so the odor was worse. The wireless Internet on the third floor was too weak to work, and the Internet in the lobby on their computer did not work.

The location near several popular restaurants was nice. Did not clean the room one night and did nothing to fix the oversight. Brown water straight from the Ouachita River into your shower and sink. Some staff were friendly, but most were indifferent. Attention to customer needs was lacking (did not clean the room, breakfast area not well stocked or clean, left big garbage bags outside of the housekeeping doorway instead of taking to the dumpster).

Location. Small bathrooms. The hotel staff was rude and could never be found when I had a question or request. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, there were never plates or utensils, I'm not sure how complimentary it was and finally, there was a huge roach running around in the bathroom which grossed me out.

I really liked that they were pet friendly and it was a quality hotel. I was very pleased. They are a better hotel in the area and I really like that they are pet friendly and the staff was also very friendly.
