The breakfast was the only diappointment. It did not have a meat selection, either bacon or sausage. Also bagels would have been a nice touch. Please think about adding to your menu.

The hotel was very good for the money spent. It was clean and easily accessible from the highway. This hotel was not very soundproof. We could hear the people talking next door. The Jameson Inn is a good hotel for business travelers or people just passing through. An extended stay would be doable, but somewhat uncomfortable as the rooms are small. It has a coffee machine and free wireless internet.

Several small deficiencies and a big one accumulated to mar our experience. The reserved non-smoking room wasn't available, the door was hard to open, and housekeeping skipped us the second day--which the front desk assumed was our fault. Result was a 2-day pile of wet towels and clinging smoky odor (though they did come up with air freshner). Not even an apology (or ""How was your stay?"") when we checked out.

Toilet in room was broken by room service and we were not told. We found out when we tried to use and it wold not flush.

Easy to find, free breakfast, quick access to freeway. The maid apparently smoked in our non-smoking room. Overall, for the price we paid, I will try to get this hotel again when I need to stay in the Louisville area.

Helpfulness of employees. No elevator. I traveled with an 81 year. Old and a 3 year old. Very difficult. People were very friendly and helpful. No elevator though, so it made it very difficult for my 81 year old mom, my 3 year old grandchild, and me getting them into the room. Could have stood to be a bit more clean for the money but not deplorable.

I can't think of a thing except they were right next to a good breakfast restaurant. Filthy furniture in the room and the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. The hotel staff was nice and very attentive.

It exceeded my expectations for a moderate hotel. They allow smoking, which can be smelled from the lobby. This hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport, gas stations, and places to eat. They have entry doors around the inn, so you can enter wherever is closer to your room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, I had all the standard amenities, including all regular hotel cable channels; plus, I had a refrigerator and a microwave. I didn't have to pay for parking and they serve free continental breakfast in the morning. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy and I had no problems here. I would stay again.
