Hotel was EXACTLY as described. Not a 4 star, but very clean. Located in the newer section of town. Plenty of eateries close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. The only two complaints were 1.) Wireless internet reception was terrible; could barely get a signal if at all. 2.) "Dreamium" pillowtop bed was nothing to brag about; it felt like an ordinary hotel bed with a bunch of sheets piled on top of it. Overall, I must admit, it was a steal at the rate I received.

We rented two rooms at the hotel. We chose this hotel based on reviews we had read. Reveiws that erroneously suggested for the price this was a great deal. What we found was the carpet in both rooms had several stains, there were children's stickers stuck to the tile on the floor in one bathroom. Both of the rooms had dirty hand marks on the walls, door frames, and light switches. When it came time to go to bed, both rooms were the same. Both rooms had two flat sheets on the bed, and a duvet cover, with nothing inside of the cover. In essesence we basically had 4 sheets to sleep under, and not a blanket to be found in either room. The next morning we went to the breakfast the hotel offered. There was dry cereal with no milk, biscuits and gravy - but with no milk they used water in the gravy. No muffins, No butter for toast, No way to even make a bowl of instant oatmeal. Overall this was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want to enjoy your trip.

The room was nice and roomy and I liked the price. Breakfast was very inadequate, no one there to refill things. We didn't eat the breakfast . Last minute trip. Hotel was convenient to exit on I-65, clean and affordable. Don't waste your time on breakfast they offer.

We booked a late arrival and when we got there the lights and ventilation were turned on and the bed was turned down. We will definitely look for other Jameson Inns in the future.

Room was clean. Staff was not helpful. Although they offer a free continental breakfast, the food was scarce, stale, and the trash can was overflowing. Asked for extra towels, they gave me floor mats with a sorry, that's all I got. Asked for an extra blanket, got a bedspread. Heater in room did not work. All that said, the room was clean.

We had a great room, very clean, neat, easy check in, easy to find, very pleased. Had never stayed in Jameson Inn before and this was a great experience. This was excellent.

Check-in staff was very friendly, room on arrival was clean. However, the temperature seemed to be controlled elsewhere. It was impossible to get room really cool. The next day, we placed do not disturb sign on door while we were getting dressed. We left the room at approximately 9:15 A.M. Returned at about 2:30 P.M. Room had not been cleaned. In checking we were told help had gone for day and they did not clean because of the do not disturb sign. No apology made and no offer of help. Had to reuse towels, had no coffee for coffee maker, and had to make our own bed. We have stayed here many times in past but it had been a while. We were disappointed.

Nothing. Dirty. There were black hairs on the toilet, in the shower, on the sink! It was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned obviously! The odor was awful in the room as well!

This hotel is very nice. Rooms were cooled before we arrived. We stayed with our young children. Very clean. Deluxe continental breakfast with biscuits, sausage gravy and waffles saved us money. Price also very good! Will stay again.

Very friendly staff. Room had mini fridge and microwave and was very spacious. Great location to everything. Only complaint was the breadfast bar was not kept up.

The hotel was clean and convenient to where we had to go. The room was kind of small. We loved our stay at this motel. It was convenient to all the places we had to visit. The room was clean and had nice extras (microwave and refrigerator). The only negative we had was the room was kind of small.

Very surprised at the motel feel and the bareness of the place. Granted, previous Jameson Inn experience were in different states and about 10 years ago, but I was so thrilled to get reservations for our little group and then so embarassed when we walked up the(outside) stairs and into the sad little room. There were good options nearby for dining and shopping.

Hotel was clean both inside and out. Check in was a breeze. Had a coffee maker but no pot. Front desk was no help with this. Will definitely stay again.

This was the first time I have stayed in a Jameson Inn and will definetely stay in one again. The rooms were very nicely decorated and roomy. The breakfast was nice, loved the waffles. The location was great, just off HWY 65 in Prattville and close by were restaurants, shopping and a new Target center opening soon. The wireless internet was great in the rooms, they also have a computer with internet access in the lobby. We had a wonderful stay.

Suitable for overnight stay sleep and get ready for the next day. Parking was not the best. Comfortable as a business or overnight quick trip place to get some sleep and get on the road the next day. Breakfast was limited.

Close to places to eat and shop. Not easy to get to. Poor driving instructions. Room was clean and fresh. Located near dinning and shopping. A bit off the interstate highway with poor driving instructions to its location. Would have been very hard to find after dark.
