You people did not even make the reservation. I had a confirmation number, and called before arrival to confirm the reservation. Orbitz did not even make the reservation.

Veryclean! Nothing. Every part of my stay was beyond expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast area was inviting and large.

Jameson Inn is a nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. I was offered a room on the second floor that seemed to be under some training facility. Periodic loud noises at anytime of the day and night (whenever I was in the room). King bed reserved but a I was give a 2 queen bed instead without any explanation. Not sure why and I didn't ask (it didn't seem too full to explain!). I would stay again in the same hotel only if guaranteed that my room would be quiet, especially at night!!!!

We had two rooms for the four of us. Both rooms were great. Everybody slept well. No noise. Good breakfast.

really liked the price and the breakfast that you could get at the hotel

Internet connection was not working much of the time.

The hotel seemed a bit out of the way but it turned out it was only 13 miles from Knoxville. Very clean and the beds were also very comfortable. We were on a long cross country trip and really appreciated the cleanliness and quietness of the room. We were also grateful for the breakfast. I would stay again.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff goes the extra mile by providing free cookies in the lobby. The breakfast is very good in variety and quality. I liked the homemade waffles. The staff was very helpful and friendly when my wife was sick in the room. I highly recommend.

It started off bad but your staff fixed the errors and was very polite and caring.

Great bed. Breakfast variety was a bit limited. ice place and well worth the money.

Breakfast is average at best. Staff took a very long time for check-in. They held the wrong room type and even then couldn't confirm that I had already paid for a room. Maid service isn't very good - several towels weren't replaced (they were refolded and put back, still wet).

I use the Jameson in Oak Ridge because I like to stay in this small city and the Jameson is very convenient to the clients I visit. It is a plain Jane operation that provides good value but don't go there if you are looking for a gourmet breakfast and a huge stuffed chair from which to watch your large screen TV!

Central location, near shopping and dining. Non-smoking rooms too close to smoking rooms. During housekeeping you need a respirator! Over all, goodfor the money.

The staff was very attentive and went beyond the call of duty. Fresh chocolate chip cookies made a few times a day. They ran out once and I asked for some. Not only did the staff at the front desk make them, but they called my room when the cookies were fresh out of the oven! Clean comfortable rooms and great breakfast also.

It was convenient and the breakfast was good. This is a really nice hotel and I will definitely have my family stay there again. Location is great, restaurants and drug stores near - also the main highways is convenient.

The breakfast was excellent and the desk help was very kind. The maid service could be better.

Property was very clean. Small room, low quality towels, ironing board location. This is a 1 star economy hotel at best (not a 3 star hotel). The room (king bed) was too small, the vanity was located immediately upon entering the room, no free standing closet (wardrobe closet only), the ironing board was hidden behind a mirror, poor quality towels and no inner liner for shower curtain. This hotel does not compare in quality to the other 3 star hotels it was listed with (Holiday Inn Express and Comfort Inn) in the city of Oak Ridge, TN.

Was convienent and very clean. The room was too small and also the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Location. When we arrived, front desk clerk was on a personal call on her cell phone and didn't get off when she saw us waiting. Would stay here again - everything I expected and a good value.

Very clean rooms. Helpful staff at check in. Our stay was highlighted by clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff.
