This hotel was vary convienient for traveling to the University of Tennessee football game. Located convieniently(if traveling from west to east for the football game) on I-40. the nice clean rooms were also a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised to have a fridge/microwave in the room. The bed was a little too firm for my comfort level. The hotel was very clean & quiet. They had an excellent breakfast with a good variety of items including fresh fruit! The room was fair in size and included many amenities like iron with board, hairdryer, microwave/fridge and a nice desk for a laptop or paperwork. The staff was friendly.

the air would hardly even work. the room did not even cool off. we got bad directions from the attendant (several times thanks ) construction had the intersate shutdown so you have to go thru downtown to get back on. it was a disaster and then to have a room with no air conditioner that works.

Wow - The staff was awesome and the room was as good as a 5 star hotel. Thank you.

Jameson Inn Marketplace, Knoxville has the most comfortable beds! The room is furnished with plenty of bed pillows and linens, have never had to ask for extra towels! The hotel is in an ideal location with several good resturants near-by and a large grocery store in a shopping center that is very close.

All rooms were inside. Housekeeping was terrible. The hotel is nice and clean, the housekeeping department and the management need to be more concerned about the guest. There is only one clerk working front desk most of the time and not able to handle calls and check ins.

The Hotel Staff went all out for the Harley Davidson Rally. Clean rooms, clean pool and the staff always had a smile, and was very helpful with everything. Service was also very good. Great place to stay. Thanks!

the room was nice, large and well-equipped but they should have had decaf coffee available for the room as well as regular. Staff was ok.

For the price, better than many 3 star hotels. Nearby restaurant employees parked in hotel space all around the hotel buildings, hard to find parking in early evening. Exceeded expectations for type of hotel.

ON my recent stay at the Jameson Inn Knoxville, Knoxville, Tennessee the hotel had a great location, the rooms were well sized....and the breakfast was sufficient. The only issues I had was that I had a smoking room that absolutly reeked of smoke....very poor ventalation and lastly the fact that there were a number of stains on the furniture. very very helpfull!

Staff, good breakfast, location. Linens were a bit rough. The desk clerk was the prize here. Without saying anything, he could tell that we were very tired travelers and said he had a room for us away from any noise from the pool area, children, and the highway. Very observant, courteous, and professional and a definite asset to Jameson Inn!

The Jamison was AOK. My trip was successful and the night restful. Only point I would make is shower needs upgrading. Plus, we won the ballgame.

Very nice staff. One day it was raining and they offered the use of one of their umbrellas. Also, having free internet is great and it was easy to access. The location was convenient to major highways and restaurants. Parking was also free, which sometimes doesn't happen these days and you have an unexpected expense

The hotel more than met my expectations. Recently renovated, it has a wonderful two-story reception area, with stairs leading to the second floor as well as elevator. The receptionist went out of his way to assign us a room that would meet our needs.
