This Jameson is a very good value for the money. The room was neat and clean. the staff was very friendly and our stay was very delightful. We will stay here again if we visit this area again.

Newly decorated Rooms not clean. It took four rooms before I was given an acceptable room. Two rooms were not clean and another was not secure- the lock was broken. When I finally settled into the fourth room, the supplied shampoo bottle was opened and mostly empty. I will not willingly stay in a Jameson Inn again.

The Jameson Inn staff first and foremost are some of the most friendly and helpful associates I have dealt with at various hotels. They have a smile on thier faces all the time it seems and are always more than willing to jump and do whatever they can to help. I was assisted with getting printed directions, a great restraunt referral, and finding a locksmith when I locked myself out of my running car! The room was perfectly spotless and it remained that way throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed the breakfast as well! I had never tried biscuits and gravy, but I decided to give it a try and I'm almost ready to move down south! The beds are amazing. They are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel and maybe even more comfortable than my own bed at home! I would really reccomend this location to anyone who is interested in getting the best deal and feeling at home...away from home.

The Jameson Inn was quite conveniently located, spotlessly clean, lavish with amenities (refrig & microwave in room), very friendly at check-in and over all a real bargain. We will be returning there regularly now that we have tried it!

Checked in, lady at the counter was very friendly. Received the room key and went up to the room. We started unpacking and noticed there was toilet paper in the bathroom. Then come to find out the toilet was stopped up. Asked for another room but another room was not available. Lady at the front desk came to room and unclogged toilet and cleaned it. We stayed there that night. Then while showering the next morning I noticed a hair on the side of the tub. It grossed me out. There was no way that bathroom was cleaned. I will never stay there again or any of their other hotels. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone either. There is no excuse for a dirty room at a hotel.

Modern, nice breakfast. Our bed was very hard, didn't sleep well. Other than the hard bed, this is a nice, clean mid-range hotel. It is in a nice area with good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was enjoyable, with waffles, fruit and biscuits and gravy. We would stay again.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Jameson Inn in Johnson City, Tennessee. The room was clean and well equiped. I was especially impressed with their ice machine which never seemed to run out of ice although I saw people filling up coolers from it. You can walk to the Cracker Barrel which is right next door which is nice but they had a very nice, free breakfast in the hotel which included waffels and bisquits & gravy; the coffee wasn't bad either. The location is very good and convienent to several attractions. I would recomend the Jameson Inn to friends and will use them myself if they are available in the area where I am traveling.

Filthy; no-smoking room had been smoked in; old and well-worn facility; website pictures not recent/true representation

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and the property was generally well taken care of, except for a broken ice machine. The free breakfast had minimal choices; cereal, waffels, or bagels/muffins.

Very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The perfume smell was so strong and I ended up sleeping in the car!

We liked the hotel, considering it is a renovated Super 8 type facility. It was convenient for our travel needs, at the North end of town, with us able to continue our trip expediently the next day. The continental breakfast did include Belgian waffles, but it appeared we would have had to take the food back to our rooms to eat. Didn't look like there was an eating area off the office area. But we were glad to get the decent motel at a good price.

Its location was perfect for us. We'd stayed at other Jameson Inns, but the clientele was definitely truckers. There was a smoking room above our non-smoking room. I awoke to cigarette smoke (in the ductwork). No butter was provided at breakfast. We would stay here again.

Safe, decent room, friendly enough staff Bed sheets seemed like they may not have been cleaned. Did not match the pics online. The hotel was fine enough and I was happy to have a treadmill to work out on as I'd been driving quite a bit. My only complaint is that the pictures online make it appear to be a lot more luxurious than the real thing. The fitness room that they advertise is a treadmill, an old cheap stepper and one other machine. The pool looked in the pictures to be resort-like, but in reality was just a standard hotel pool. I was dismayed to find a long dark hair in my bed(mine is blonde and I was traveling alone) and a dark smudge on the sheet, which tells me there's a possibility that sheets weren't cleaned (perhaps it was the cleaning person's hair, but still).Overall, not a bad experience. Just not as good as I'd expected.
