I was told I did not have a reservation. Even with my confirmation number I was told it was not there. After Insistance, the clerk found it to be dated "March" instead of "May" in the hotel's files. They gave me the only remaining room available.

nice room, great staff, yummy hardy breakfast. easy access. secure building. gave additonal hygiene items that i had forgotten with a smile! All staff spoke clear english free wireless (no printer available) and had some snacks like cereal, fruit and yogurt, in the eating area during the late night snack times!water vending machine was out of order. a room with a refridge/micro was additional money. the basic (el cheapo special) room we stayed in was SMALL-if you are claustrophobic, you wold not have been able to use the bathroom. the hotel had severl other guests and the parking was kinda crappy considering how cold it was, but a decent place-reminded me of the DB brand of hotels.

This motel was "ok" but not a 3-star motel as promoted. The bathroom sink/counter was in the sleeping area, not in a separate room with the shower/commode. In my opinion, this is typical of cheaper motels. The drapes had hooks missing and could not be closed properly so the outside night light lit up the room. The TV had terrible reception, almost unwatchable. Skimpy breakfast. Clean but that's all I can say about it.

The beds were very comfortable and there were many restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, the hotel was very nice and accommodating. It was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

Upon checking in we requested a non smoking room, upon entering the stinky room we new something wasn't right. The next morning after awakening and finding cigarette burns in the carpet & around the basin, yellowish dust balls hanging from the ceiling & lighting over the bed, we new this couldn't be a non smoking room. Upon complaining they then provide a truely non smoking room but the allergies were already aggrevated. Bed was small for a queen and hard.

Several other couples stayed at the same hotel and everyone was very satisfied. Good value and in a great location for our needs.

One night stop on New Year's Eve. Clean and quiet room, was able to sleep with no loud partying. Miniature bathroom. Friendly front desk.

We were looking to relocate to this area and the friendliness of the staff helped make the decision. The breakfasts are also wonderful & the pool and all hotel areas are kept extreemly clean.

Appearance and staff. Has southern character, well maintained. I was grateful for the fan only option on the air system to create white noise that helped me sleep, the hotel is on the interstate.

From the time I entered the door until I left, the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. They did not have things to meet my business needs, i.e., copier/printer, ATM. The king size bed was very firm and the pillows very soft - for some people thats good thing. I was very happy to find a large enough refrigerator and microwave in my room. The bathroom was very small, but clean, and there wasn't any space for hanging clothes, other than the small armoire. My room was situated right outside a lamppost which made the room very bright if even a crack was left in the curtains. The room wasn't anything other than a nice clean place to sleep. But the staff, all three front desk attendants I encountered, were WONDERFUL. One woman saw I was heading to an important business meeting, and took the time to compliment my wardrobe, and then cut a couple of strings from my suit. Little touches are always good!
