Location, price. Bugs. The staff in this hotel was outstanding. They helped in every way with a smile on their face.

Check-in was fast and easy. The bed was the most comfortable thing I have slept on in years. The room was very clean. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone. I didn't get to try the pool out, it was raining the whole time. This hotel is a very good value.

Convenient and friendly. There were no nonsmoking rooms and there was little breakfast left at 8:00. The motel was showing some age. The room and bed smelled very much like smoke. I was disappointed that there was no juice or decaf coffee in the restaurant at 8:00 a.m.

i have no idea what the rooms were like. i PREPAID for my reservation on travel website and, when i arrived, my family of four was offered a "living room" with a pull out sofa bed. no rolllaway were available. Reservations mean nothing to this property. at least i received my refund from travel website, but that did not help us find another room that night.

The room was well-appointed and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly.There is a Ruby Tuesday's within walking distance.The rate was very reasonable for all that you get. I highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the fixtures and furniture slightly worn but clean. AC worked well as did the mini fridge and the staff was friendly.

Very convenient and clean. I did not like having to climb to second floor. Very good for what I needed at the time, a place to lay my head for a short time.

This hotel was in a great location for a 1-night stop. Would not be good for longer than 1 or 2 nights. This was a great location for our 1-night stop for a cruise leaving from Mobile, AL the next day.

The price, staff and the location. The towels were old. The staff was great, the hotel was old and they were great with what they had.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The room key never worked, so you have to go by the office before you go to your room. The bugs, the towels were to used with stains. The people and the location was wonderful. More of an older hotel type with a great staff.

The decor and the linens. The continental breakfast should be better supervised. Instructions for using waffle should be posted. The Jameson inn has a good philosophy of hospitality; however, its staff at this particular location should have better customer relations skills. The hotel itself is beautiful and probable the finest in Greenville.
