The decor of the room was very nice. The toilet did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned & there were splatters of something on the bathroom door & wall. Disgusting. It was pretty from the outside. The room decor was nice. The smoke detector didn't have a battery. We had to ask that a battery be put in.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The fitness room was a bonus. The breakfast was plentiful. There was fresh coffee and a computer in the lobby. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this site to anyone!

The location for my business there, and the cleanliness of the room. The continental breakfast was not very good. The hotel was excellent place to stay.

I had to hurry down to Tnn, for a court date and had no plans for lodging . We got into town at 5:00 in the morning,noone would rent us a room that we would not have to be out of at noon. So I Tried the Jameson, explained to the nice man what our trouble was with just getting into town and what not. He said no proble,mam I'll just check you in now and you can stay untill tommarow's check out time. And did just that ! IT was the nice's thing he could have done for us. The staff also was wonderful, they went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed.The room's where very clean,and well planed out they had a coffee pot,iron &ironing board,miccrowave,fride,and a big t.v . Plus the fitness room rocked! We didnt use the pool,yet but I have more tripe's to make to gallatin and plan to stay with the Jameson INN everytime, they really are the kind of pepole that make your stay great. Oh I forgot the breakfast / dinning room was the best ! Anyway my family and I would have to say it's one of the best, and we'll be back!

Staff was good. WiFi; room wasn't cleaned on Saturday. Housekeeping worked late on Saturday. By 5:00 PM room wasn't cleaned. Asked for towels and received them.

Good value, JI is a good bet for clean and comfortable. Maybe it is because Jameson Patrons are business travelers - it seems that the hotel is typically clean comfortable and does not show the signs of wear tear and abuse that other chains seem to have at this price point. Jameson is a good value and is consistent although prices seem to have climbed at some locations.

The bed was very comfortable. It was very accessible to the freeway, the breakfast was great and a plus, also a lot of places to eat were in walking distance.

Clean, friendly people. Coffee condiments in room- only enough 4 one person. It was clean, nice, within walking distance of several good restaurants, easy to find, convenient.
