We stayed at this hotel because of the great price and the location to where we were going the next morning.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was great and breakfast was wonderful. Everything was great.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The location was very convenient, although we missed the turn into the hotel driveway. As someone else stated, the fitness equipment wasn't impressive, but I didn't really expect professional gym quality equipment at a hotel fitness center. One thing that should be corrected on this listing - there are no restaurants on site, although there are several that are very close to the hotel.

Clean roadside hotel with good internet service and continental breakfast. However, for an exercise freak like me the gym just did not make it. It is a hodgepodge of 4 - 5 home machines not up to par for the commercial use. Still if you're tired and want a clean, quite and reasonably priced hotel this is the one in the area.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile and was asked if we wanted a room on the first or second floor which was a plus ot us. The room was clean, the king size bed was very comfortable and the setting of the hotel was nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was close to where we were visiting relatives. Even though our room was non-smoking, you could smell smoke. I would recommend the hotel. It was clean and convenient. Excellent continental breakfast included with room. Staff was exceptionally nice.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas to visit family. We travel with our dog and this hotel had a great place for our baby. There are a couple of large grassy areas that you can walk your dog and the entrances are exterior which makes midnight potty breaks a lot easier. The front desk staff was great at check in and check out. The room was nice and good sized for the type of hotel. Bed was firm with lots of pillows. Location is great because you are close to food and shopping to kill time if you pull off the road early and you are close to Chattanooga to visit its many attractions. Overall, we will stay again and encourage people to stay here.

We found the room clean and very comfortable. The breakfast they had was very good and easy to do. The room had a big chair that made working on my computer easy to do while watching TV. There was easy access to places to eat and shop which we found helpful.

Best lighting anywhere. Efficient layout. Comfortable beds. Separate dressing area. Best for money. Nothing. Most comfortable and efficient layout. Best lighting I can ever remember having in a room anywhere (including the 5 star).

Stayed at most of the hotels in town but this is by far the best. Very friendly and immaculately clean. Room was in excellent condition and staff could not have been more accommodating. This is an excellent value. The high priced chains have nothing on this location.

Very nice room. No real public areas. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room and the entire hotel was!

Great friendly service, all the amenities, lovely homey decor, and great comfy bed.

The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the welcome staff. The bed was too hard. It was very clean, nice layout, but the beds were too hard.

The staff was nice, rooms were nice and overall stay was good. However, during breakfast I noticed several of the styrofoam plates had knife marks like they had been used before. I went through like 5 plates before I found one that looked like it was un-used. I know hotels are trying to cut costs, but re-using paper plates? c'mon!

It was very clean, front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was not open and workout room instruction's took a while to locate. This was a nice place to stay with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast items provided were generous for a complimentary breakfast.

Clean. Small room. This hotel fit our needs perfectly. The only thing that I would improve is to put a garbage can in the bathroom. It seems to be the trend these days to not have one in the bathroom. Women need one there! Overall this was a great stay.

"I checked in here after leaving early from a noisy sleepless night at the comfort Inn on this street. The Jameson was quiet, the staff friendly, the breakfast was nice. I would stay here again"

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to most Cleveland businesses/churches. Easy access to interstate yet the hotel is fairly quiet. There is complimentary breakfast which although simple, it is adequate. The staff was simply marvelous, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are smallish but very nicely appointed and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location. Bathrooms were a little small. This hotel was great! Great location, great service, clean and comfortable. I stayed with my children and before the weekend was over we had another family traveling with us change hotels and stay at this one. They liked it too.

The friendliness of the staff and easy accessibility of things. Not quite as roomy as we would have liked - no table in the room. Very pleasant experience overall.
