Great location next to Red Lobster and next to shopping mall. Sign to hotel hard to see at night.

This hotel is nice and quite next to a Large Shopping Mall. It is well lighted and the value is great for the amenities offered. The girl on the desk allowed an extended checkout time for me that really helped me out. This was the first time I stayed at a Jameson Inn but I will come back.

The front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and neat. You could always get in at the pool. This hotel did meet my standards and is a excellent value. Close to dining and shopping.

First room assigned had not been cleaned, but front desk staff apologized and quickly gave a different room. Front desk staff very accommodating in changing bedding preference from original booking. Hotel is in a safe location, good signage from interstate.

I must say that I am a very picky business traveler. I had to be on the road during the 4th of July and I booked a room at The Jameson Inn. I have stayed at many Jameson Inns throughout the Southeast and I am impressed with the quality and value I have seen at each one. Thanks for making my work holiday a nice experience. Kelly

The room was very comfortable and clean, and a great. We checked in late which meant that we had to check in at a window and couldn't walk into the lobby, but other than that the breakfast was great and the location was just 3 miles from downtown. I'd definitely go there again.

Very clean and convenient to the shopping areas. Hot Belgian Waffles was misleading - they were frozen and then heated. The hotel itself was fine. bot Breakfast was misleading and played off another hotel line's waffles.

Hotel off side street behind strip mall and Red Lobster. Surrounded by wooded area. I did not feel safe. Hotel management made it difficult to receive refund of money since it was booked through travelocity. Student at desk unprofessional; wearing shirt crumpled like wadded up and then put on. Hotel management tried to convince me that others seemed to feel safe and that "nothing bad has ever happened here". I left and did not stay the night. I will never stay at a Jameson Inn.

I have stayed at Jameson Inns & Suites before and this is not their normal facility. Motel type facility without the interior corridor entrances. Our room had not been fully serviced: dirty lines, towels left from previous tenant. The manager did move us to another room but it had no mini-fridge or microwave.

Best one in Auburn. Have stayed many times and highly recommend the Jameson. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Stayed there during the renovation and received a nice rate for putting up with the noise, Very nice place!

The Jameson Inn in Auburn, AL is a very good choice fro business or pleasure. I have had the opportunity to stay at the hotel twice recently and both times I was completely satisfied with the room and service. I was also extremely excited that they offer a great breakfast. It's not fruit and coffee for a change. I would suggest this hotel to family, friends and business associates.

Nicer than expected. Lots of TV channels. Bed was too hard. Great hotel. Never really noticed this one in Auburn. Its hidden behind the mall. Overall a really good experience. Room was very clean and decorated nicer than I would expect. Not that this is a bad part of the experience but the beds are the typical motel hard as the floor bed.

Good service, they went out of the way to give directions and to return a forgotten item. Restroom could be a little cleaner. Good space for business travel, good continental breakfast, clean, restroom could use a little more detail as I could see some hairs.

The receptionist went out of his way to help us get settled. Excellent service. They didn't have boiled eggs at the breakfast bar. Overall, I was pleased. Noise is important to me, I hate it. I didn't hear any. I had a quiet, uneventful stay, and in the end, that is what satisfies me.

Clean and neat, fridge and micro wave in the room. Only continental breakfast. Just a nice experience, a home away from home.
