Location Description:
Jameson Inn Alcoa is located in Springbrook Corporate Center with two restaurants within walking distance. There is a three thousand foot jogging trail circling a pond at our back door and a 15 mile trail just one block away. It is nestled in the valley with a beauty.

Our booking with online travel website was VERY pleasant. The check-in at Jamison was as always, EXCELENT. The room was nice and clean. Also a much better than average breakfast. When we travel again, we will certainly ckeck with online travel website. Thank You

The Jameson was a very clean nice hotel located in Alcoa TN. The staff is freindly and well manered.Sits in a very convient location near airport and close to the smoky mtns attractions. .I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was out of at least one of these three items every morning: coffee, milk, and fresh fruit.

The Jameson was a great find for us! The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance and various stores were just up the street. The complimentary breakfast had more to choose from than most and was quite good. The room rate ended up being less than we expected which was a pleasant surprise. We spent the day at Deal's Gap (Tennessee/North Carolina border) and the ride from the Jameson to the Gap was less than an hour and very pretty with decent roads. We will do this trip again and most certainly stay at this hotel again!

This hotel experience had more customized care (on the last day, they picked me up at a nearby conferenece cednter and took me to the airport), more choices for meals (3 major restaurants within walking distance), and more options fopr exercise (joging trail around lake in back yard, pool, and gym). This hotel aslo had less hassles and red tape (no lines checking in or out), less noise between rooms, and less distance between rooms and key areas in hotel.

Very clean! Comfortable beds. Very small room. No microwave/fridge/coffee. Portability sized bathroom. Nice hotel. Very clean. Fast, free internet. However, smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom also the smallest I have ever seen. About 5'x4' with a cut corner. Barely enough room for legs when on toilet. Expected a little better for a 3 star. But, overall, pretty nice.

This was a hotel we just happened to be driving by and needed a room for the night. The room was very clean and I am picky. The staff was very courteous and helped with directions to nearby destinations with great efficiency. There are a few great restaurtants within 1/2 mile to choose from. The breakfast is included with your stay and it was very good. The pool was nice and refreshing in the 95 degree weather. All in all we had a nice stay at the Jameson and would stay there again.

Place smelled clean, no dust or dirt seen. Also had exhaust fan in bathroom. Free breakfast area was small, crowded. Upon arrival and entering the place I was pleased to see outside and inside very clean .The staff was very friendly.I forgot some clothing and called back, I was assured that my items will be placed in lost and found for my return around the 23rd to retrieve.

Taking care of airport shuttle for my dad was a very pleasant surprise, very friendly crew. Nothing. Excellent place, spotless, friendly, service oriented.

The view from the room was awesome. The TV channel selection was not very good. This hotel was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the only ice and vending I could find was at the end of the hall on the first floor. We were at mid third floor so it was a pain to get ice or beverages. Otherwise it was a very good stay. One of the best we've experienced. And we travel a lot.

Early morning staff was extremely helpful since we were scheduled to leave on an early am flight. N/A Hotel had a welcoming appeal as soon as we entered the lobby. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
