They are basic and functional with red or blue carpets and beige pine furniture. The beds are very good. The baths are medium in size but clean and functional - the aircondition works very well. The Hotel Jakov is located in a quiet pine-wood area within the Solaris - resort complex directly on the waterfront. The Solaris complex is just outside Sibenik, the oldest croatian town. The Restaurant is very big and typical for resort restaurants of this type. The food is Mediterranean and international and highly recommended. There are also several beach bars and snack restaurant at the beach. A typical Mediterranean white washed modern building. The Lobby is medium in size and very bright. The walls are white and the floor is made of marble tiles - there is a seating area opposite the reception desk and on the right side of the entrance is the walkway to the main restaurant and breakfast area.
