As the name suggest, has a view of peaks and serves breakfast and a five-course dinner with a daily changing menu. Trou au Diable on the beach offers lunch and twice weekly dinner buffets. The hotel's fresh produce and herbs are cultivated at their nearby plantation.

Jade Mountain is set high upon the hillside above Anse chestanet resort on the stunning south coast of St. Lucia. It is the brand new resort within a resort and offers sweeping views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea.

| Great service, we were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive, friendly and top-notch, everything you would expect from such a high calibre resort.
Each of the suites is massive with high ceilings and an awesome side view of the Pitons. Definitely, the best thing about the suite was the balcony and the infinity pool which looks directly at the stunning Pitons.
Definitely a place go to, if not for the anything else but such a spectacular view! |

| Simply wonderful! The views alone are to be reckoned with. Spent 4 nights there, the room and architecture of the place is amazing. I've never experienced a view quite like this where you can see mountains, forest and ocean. Service was excellent, the food could have been better and the mood very romantic. We had our own infinity pool, which we spent many hours in especially watching the sun set. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is after total relaxation. Heaps of water activities too if you don't want to just lounge around.
The walk down to the beach is only 6 minutes and relatively easy. The breakfast/dinner plan makes meals easy and the hotel has quite a few nice restaurants. |
