Great location, near the airport.

Got a very good deal. Very tiny room. I think this hotel was previously a microtel. I wasn't impressed by much, however I wasn't disappointed. I have stayed in much worse hotels for more than what I paid here. For the money, I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived on 10/3/08. room was larger than expected. ice maching down hall. coffee in room. elevator next door. staff very courteous. free shuttle 24/7 to airport. free parking for up to 7 days. $3.00 each day thereafter. got picked up on 10/13/08. shuttle was there in 10 minutes. took me straight to my vehicle in hotel parking lot. totally enjoyed my stay there and will definely be back next time I fly out of Jax.

Hotel was located close to the airport which was nice. Resturants were located close by for convience of dining. I was surprised by the amenities surcharge because the only amenity was a fitness room with 5 pieces of exercise equipment. The continental breakfast closed at 9 AM everyday so you could not sleepin on the weekend and enjoy the breakfast if you so desired. I rated this Hotel average for this reason.

Convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theater & freeway. Our room was spacious with a nice desk for me to use my laptop on. We enjoyed the coffee maker in the for our late night tea and cookies while watching HBO. It was nice having a refrigerator in the room so we could have a cool beer or some cheese and wine before we went to dinner. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The little bench by the pond was a nice place to sit at sunset.

Convenient to I95 and restaurants. Clean and the staff was helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure about general security, but I didn't have a problem the one night I stayed here.

I stayed at the Plaza Hotel & Suites before my Cruise to the Bahamas and I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and there was a coffee maker and refridgerator in the room. There were vending machines with drinks and snacks down the hall and an ice machine. Free shuttle to and from the airport was a plus and the shuttle rates were reasonable to the cruise line. My only complaint was that the water smelled funny and didn't taste very good but I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived on JAX late evening & needed a close-by room so we could go pick up a rental car the following morning. This was totally adequate.

It was economical and close to the airport and had internet. Reservation was for a king-size bed - got a full size bed. The room was very small and crowded, so that the bathroom felt bigger than the actual room. The breakfast bar was only moderate, - not many options other than a sugar overload.

Was a little worried at first because of the low price, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to anyone.

we were meeting another couple to take a boat out of jax, and they had not booked a room yet, so we had told them to try and get a room in the same motel, they did, and at a better price than we got. the rooms looked clean but had a bad smell in both rooms like maybe sewage. older tv sets with bad color. i would not stay again.

Small and efficient rooms. No wasted space. The bed was fabulous. There needs to be more things to eat and drink when arriving late at night. I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! It was more like a hostel type arrangement. The rooms were small but had everything you needed with no wasted space. WiFi was instantaneous no code needed! Again I just love the small rooms.

If you aren't going to be spending a ton of time in your hotel, and would just like a clean, comfortable place to sleep and get ready, this is the hotel for you. It's right down the street from the airport, and while the rooms were small, they were clean and the bed comfortable. We'd stay there again.

the rooms were a little less than what i expected a plaza would have but it was okay for the quick stay that we had. the price was great the people at the front desk were nice. the big thing that i didnt' like was they left an evelope in our rooms asking us to tip the maid staff? i've never seen that before and if the hotel knows that the maid should be making more they should pay them more instead of asking for us to tip them. it was just bizzar .

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the Jacksonville airport and the free shuttle service. The shuttle service was prompt, the vehicle was clean, and the driver was polite and a good driver.
