toasterqueue up for the cooked breakfast is fine but then u have to queue for the ONE toaster. waited ten mins in queue , had to give up or breakfast wouldve been cold. big hotel , buy a toaster !!!

The hotel was fine, the breakfast was unfortunately limited. The map on the lateroom website was wrong and it directed you to a place in the middle of nowhere about 30 miles away.

The Hotel Staff were very friendly and the room was excellent UNFORTUNATELY, on the Saturday night, THE NOISE AND MUSIC from a wedding was so loud that we couldnt even hear the TV in our room.This went on until 2.00am which made sleep impossible.The next morning the Hotel Manager suggested that if we couldnt sleep for the noise we should have joined the party. Our quiet relaxing weekend in Donegal was anything but. We wouldnt go back to Jacksons.

good hotel not imprest with resteraunt or room yet again booked double got 2 singles and there was a very noisey function on the night we stayed

This hotel has recently built a new wing and would recommend that you insist on staying only in ones of these rooms. When we arrived and they established that we had booked through LateRooms.com at a reduced rate we were allocated a room in the old wing. The room was very old fashioned, uncomfortable beds, poor bathroom facilities. We insisted on moving rooms, four rooms later and finally in the new wing were we happy to stay. The staff remained pleasant at all times I have to say. The next day we heard a few guests complaining of the standard of the old wing, these guests did not get moved as there were no other rooms available, despite the guest insisting that they had booked the new wing at the time of booking and this was supposedly confirmed. So be warned.
