Nice facility. My girlfriend got food poisoning from one of the restaurants, it was a bad experience sick all night. Great beach, pools, very safe good security, unfortunately my girlfriend got food poisoning from the cafe, you would not expect this from a 5 star facility, its was not such a good stay because of this, hint don't order a club sandwych at this hotel ever

We finished our Thai holiday at the Marriot so that among other things our daughter could participate in their kids club and do the Circus program and specifically the Trapeze. The Circus and trapeze training were fantastic and the staff running it were superb and made the experience something my 9 yr old daughter will remember for the rest of her life. The hotel itself was lovely, with great facilities and wonderful helpful and friendly staff. The major plus was very few people as it was Monsoon season (we were there in July/August) and most folk think the weather will be awful but in reality it rains hard for 10mins and then clears to a gorgeous sunny day and we had 2 downpours in 2 weeks so no big deal. Food was fab and the 2 breakfast buffets are feasts and set you up for the whole day but if you need an in between snack there is their wonderful deli for great bakery items and hot food as well. I would highly recommend this wonderful resort for families and couples.

This is a 5 star resort with 5 star prices so be warned if you are looking for nightlife and shopping THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU you are isolated there are no restaurants off the property you can get to. FYI The 3 pools are amazing and we had no problems getting a lounger in high season. The BREAKFAST BUFFETT is so worth the money we are still talking about it. They have 2 resident elephants you can play with and ride in the ocean AMAZING EXPERINCE!! They have tons of activities for kids and adults of all ages some free most are not & there is a shuttle available to patong (about 45 min away) 2X a day at 750 bahts per person we stayed here at the end of our thailand trip as a splurge and a splurge it was i think we spent the same amount in 3 nights here on food and drinks as we did in our hotel in patong in 7 nights overall it was a great way to end our trip

Amazing resort, well maintained andspectacular facilities. Remote andmany children there. Great place if you you're looking for a place to kick back and relax, except for all the kids running around. I think they should consider making one of the pools adults only. Only downside is the location is far from town, so you have no choice but to eat at the resort's restaurants, which are a little pricey by Thailand standards. Roundtrip taxi to Patong Beach is 1600 Baht ($50 US)

Really well thought through hotel but in the middle of nowhere so you are really confined to the resort. Food was excellent and so too was service. Very good for families but too many children running around if you are after a romantic get away. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I stayed here last year and this year. It is a nice hotel, and the concierge can arrange some breath taking trips. I was dissappointed that a surcharge is now applied if you wanted fresh sheets everyday. I was also dissappointed that the shuttle service fee was greatly increased. The fee for internet use at the business center is exhorbitant. "

The resort had a very peaceful and quiet beach. Clean and well-maintained. There is a very bad housefly problem at their outdoor restaurant. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, when we called housekeeping to fix a clogged toilet, they came in 5 minutes. The room was comfortable and swimming pools were very good. I liked especially the beach that felt really exclusive, free from crowds. The food was pretty good, though the selection was limited if we didn't pick the buffet. Their outdoor restaurant (Andaman Grill) served very good food in my opinion, but I would never go there again. There are a few big houseflies that will land on your food if you are not vigilant (protecting my food from houseflies was not quite I had in mind for a nice meal by the sea). The restaurant staff were pretty nonchalant to the housefly problem (they're probably used to customers trying to shoo the flies and eat at the same time) even after we told them about it.

I would only recommend this beautiful resort to those who intend to just stay in the hotel and not venture out at all because it is an hour's journey away from everything. I get car sick everytime I head out so their restaurants earned alot of money everyday because they charge expensive and guests have no choice of restaurants. Also there is NO MORE FREE SHUTTLE BUS. Please note.

Good arrival experience. Bad checkout experience. The staff at the reception/lobby does not pay attention to existing guests. More interested in new guests. The scene from the lobby is terrific. The rooms are splendid but too much of walking required to reach them. Overall it was a nice experience staying at this resort.

This gorgeous hotel is one of the nicest I have ever been in. Extremely friendly staff, gorgeous day spa, beautiful pool. Excellent rroms. Only bad is 30 minutes away from nightlife and town but they have a free shuttle. Good wheelchair access, some ramps a little steep.

This hotel is pure relaxation. They have nice pools and great staff. The location is remote. Once you are at the resort it is hard to go anyplace without a car. The restaurants are very expensive. We have stayed at this hotel many times. We love the rooms. They have comfortable beds with nice comforter and beautiful bathroom. The grounds are like a personal garden. The pools are large and there are 3 separate pools throughout the resort. It is a fun place to kick back and just relax.

We Loved it. Going back. Wife loved the spa, shopping for jewels, jungle safari, excellent hospitality, best seafood, luxurious, affordable, JW M condos are the best, love the teak everywhere, accomodations were fit for a kandq. Staff is very professional always there to make every second of our stay pleasurable. Gardens and grounds were like the Garden of Eden. Tropical set by the ocean made our stay memomorable. Great place to have fun in town, use a Tut Tut or take limo everywhere. Flew Thai Air. Everything was awesome and beautiful!

Great hotel resort with great pool and rooms. Not much to do around hotel. But that is ok. Great resort to go to relax and just stay on the premises.

Fantastic rooms, pools, facilities and staff. Happy hour is great. The remote location is great for a quiet vacation but we were limited to the hotel restaurants (all good, though). Best resort hotel I ever stayed at!
