View, Chinese food, sushi, pool, clean very comfy bed, tub, gated. Small room for price! Buffet had no American style food, not dog friendly at all. We stayed here for a short romantic getaway from the hustle & bustle of the very stressful Mumbai. (Bombay) It worked. The pool was very relaxing & fun. The sushi was awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. They had the best chocolate cake & Champaign ever in our room for our 20th anniversary. Would stay again for sure.

The absolute best athletic club in any Mumbai hotel:not an old Universal gym in a converted bedroom, but a large, fully-functioning weight / aerobic room. On the other hand, you're surcharged for *everything* - with a base room, for example, you need to pay US$20 / day additional simply to connect to the internet. I've stayed in cheap (US$*** / night) hotels in Milan, London and New York where internet is free; why can't a US$***/ night hotel in India accomplish the same?

I have stayed here 2 times and the service at this hotel has gotten so bad, I pretty much will not consider it again. Rooms are too small for the rate, room service is the longest I have ever experienced (over 1 1/2 hours each time), and they would get it wrong each and every time. Thats ok at a marginal hotel but not at a place where one is paying over 500US a night. On the last day I even found a hair in my food. On the positive side the restaurants are very good, especially the chinese. Apparently, it is also a hangout for indian celebraties. I would not know whos who but my friend whom is a local, kept pointing them out. Staff is very polite.

It was pure luxury and excellent service. No balcony in the room to sit out. Excellent range of food and would recommend an executive room because of the additional facilities.

Although JW is a beautiful and stylish facility the rooms are very small and the motel size bathrooms do not meet expectations for the cost. Very unimpressed with the room for the cost charged.

The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The beach view is extraordinary. There seems to be a lot going on in the hotel itself so many nonguests visit nightly which is good if you like to socialize and meet people.Rooms are immaculate but a little too small. Would stay there again.
